Arrived this morning to talk with a sales representative, signed in followed all Covid Protocols at the facility.Went to discuss a large purchase, that I wanted to make. The receptionist was awesome, kudos that that young lady!However the people that could make any decision, were to busy to discuss my requirements. I was told I would have to wait for someone to become available. I asked for a wait time and was told it will be a while.I guess, I should not have wasted my time, I wouldNOT RECOMMEND this operation to anyone who would like to buy from this company.I guess they are all multi-millionaires and really do not care enough to entertain new clients

Tried to do business with Lesley at the order desk. I don’t think I’ve ever had a customer service rep snap at me, “did you hear what I just said!”That being said I took my five figure sale elsewhere.Hey Lesley, “did you read what I just wrote!”

They dont drop lumber off they roll off and snap all the straps and damage vehicles and dont work with you to repair it. DONT USE ARGO LUMBER. Nothing but problems. Send wrong lumber and dumped all over the yard numerous times. Avoid headaches and call elsewhere.

Have picked up materials here for the company I work for numerous times and the ridiculous wait times for your order every single time are outrageous

Avoid this place had a bad experience with Gary.Was quick to sell me the lumber waited six months for the engineered drawing.In the end it was somebody else there that got me the drawing after threatening them with back charges.

For the right person and someone who understands the nature of the business; it's really a nice place to be,no dull moments and everything seems to operate in an orderly fashion.I can't appreciate James enough for his knowledge of expertise.Regards

I called to get a quote on 500 pcs of 2x4x8 and when I asked for the price of one it was 5.60. I asked if I could get a total quote for 500 pcs (assuming there’s a bulk discount) she asks “you don’t have a calculator”? No you smartie pants. My calculator was on my ear (my phone) and what’s your job anyway? Home Depot is a much better option. 3.90$

The 5 star review is clearly made by the this company. Customer service is ridiculous and bad. No help at all!
