Bad customer service & bad management

To whom a may concern I worked for this company was fun but the upper management has no control over there supervisors or production manager was rude and disrespectful to every one no like his attitude was brought to attention to hire personnel and nothing was done but on the other hand the people work at roshel the workers are very nice people the manger would hide things and never bring it up to the owner of the company three people left in a short span and no one bother to figure it out why the left with notice they worked very hard and never complained about there job there was no support from head office the upper management looked down on certain culture because they where easy targets the over time was 46.5 now its at 48.5 they want us be with our family but they ask us to work long hours the afternoon supervisor is a very nice and polite gentleman they don't even give him a management position everyone talks highly of the afternoon supervisor very respected man this is my personal opinion of how poorly this place is runed like I said this place I would of stayed but the upper management don't talk to each other and this is why roshel keeps hiring people every other day if the big boss would talk to his workers and see what concerns they have it would be a better place to work

We just love dealing with Roshel, they truly have the best armored trucks money can buy! They are almost as good as the customer service they provide. We are ordering from them for the past 5 years and it's been nothing but a pleasure!
