The care for clients has really gone downhill over the years. I had an appointment for 4pm, didn't get taken in until 430pm, then they took another 10 minutes to set up and start. Then at 5pm they're like oh we're closed you'll have to come back to finish. Okay, thanks for that...no big deal driving out from Aldergrove again for a cleaning. Show up 2 months later since that's the earliest I could get...all they do is scaling and I'm like uh...this is my annual cleaning...then they're like oh yeah" and do the most rushed job ever. Pretty sure it wasn't complete. I also asked the first time and second time for an x-ray because I have pain in a tooth but nope

Lol that story with Celina Sekhon happened to me when I was younger.. Dr Glenn said my face was ugly but he could help straight my teeth. Talking about how uneven my face was traumatized me to my core. But that's ok now we invest into therapy and botox. Maybe I'll be pretty one day Dr..

I would avoid Dr. Glenn Chu at all costs! When I was 11 and had my ortho consult, he said my face was ugly but he would fix my smile, something I will never forget. I was also told my braces would be on for 1-1.5 years, then I had them on for 5 years. Overall, I would not recommend!

The receptionists are nice and I’ve never had an issue with my appointments. Dr. Chu and all the hygienists that I’ve had, treat me really well. They’re considerate and take the time to educate me about my dental health or the procedures I might need. I truly feel like they just want the best for me.
