Sundance Cottages

Beautiful, clean cabin. Equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. Nice fire pit on site (bring your own firewood). DVDs available to rent from the main office. Very helpful staff. We will definitely be returning in the summer!

Rooms were good. Located in a prime spot. Nice view. Good options for kids. Overall a good experience.

We had such a nice time. Cottage was a great size, very comfortable, well stocked, and nice and cool on the hot days. (Albeit the air conditioner was VERY noisy) Decor was very kitschy, not my taste but cute. Wish they had two fire pits as we lost out on using it one night . Overall above our expectations.

Excellent stay at Sundance, we ended up extending our stay! The cabin was clean, well priced and all the staff were lovely and very helpful! There was a basketball hoop, I believe a volleyball net was there as well and two play structures surrounded by sand! The pool looks great but it was being cleaned for opening and we were compensated as such. Owner has lots of DVDs to borrow and TVs with cable in the cabin. The cabins are located in the heart of cavendish just minutes to some great spots in the area! The cabins were well thought out and parking was great. When we visit PEI again we will definitely be booking with Sundance cottages again.

The cottages are nice and have everything you need. The pool is brand new and very clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. My only suggestion would be scent free laundry detergent for the bedding. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect. Generally with my reviews if it's bad I try to mix in a couple of good things, and if it's good I would mention a shortcoming. But with this cottage I have nothing negative to say and no suggestions. It was amazing. Clean accommodations with all the extras from A/C to Wi-Fi (which was apparently juust upgraded and works great), full TV service, DVD player with 400 free DVDs to grab from the office if you need it, heated pool very close, a park for the kids, great cleaning service, accepts dogs throughout the year, is with 10 minutes of everything - everything - you want to check out in PEI that's touristy.

The executive cottage was okay. The carpet was dirty. The flooring in the kitchen was pulling apart. The cottage was acceptable but nothing special for the price. The laundromat was closed due to septic problem. The two rocking chairs were broke in the living room so they flipped backwards if not against the wall. The location was good. The grounds were nice. Over priced and in disrepair. I rented the other cittage gor my other children and it was nicer than the executive one.

Beautiful cottage we stayed here for CBMF and even though we had issues with hot water they came right over to fix the issue will definitely be back!

Stayed here a couple of years ago.It was awesome , nice pool, clean and comfortable cabins big play ground and lots of room for kids to run and play

My daughter had a cabin booked here in good faith since pre Covid ,held with a 300 dollar deposit and was in regular communication with them initiated by the cottages (emails saved) as to whether or not she still wanted the cottages held to which she responded yes each time they reached out to her up to and including April of this year.So once she got her tickets for the cavendish music festival in November she emailed them to to confirm her reservation held with the 300 dollar deposit to which she was told it was cancelled earlier that year without her knowledge after confirming she still wanted the cabin multiple times. They told her a former employee who no longer works there, cancelled the wrong person (both of which had the same first name) & they had cancelled it without her being notified. The owner of the cabin is unwilling to rectify the situation they basically said there is nothing we can do other then refund the money. Absolutely poor customer service. They should have cancelled the person who was booked in her place due to the two year deposit that was held and for the mistake they made. After various saved emails back and forth voicing her concerns about why she was cancelled all they would do was refund her money when all she wanted was the room she had paid a deposit on to attend the concert,she was never given a chance to get her cottage reservation back just sorry for the inconvenience and after her final email regarding their horrible customer service they didn’t even have the decency to respond. Also, they told her the refund was done earlier in the year but it didn’t go through because her visa was expired. Her visa wasn’t expired until the end of October 2021 so they did not do the refund earlier in the year, they only did it when they became aware of this issues.
