A relative just moved in. The fact that this is a pet friendly environment is nothing short of a miracle. She couldn't survive without her dogs. Darcy was A1, top notch and wonderful all thrown into one.

If I could give 0 starts I 100% would. This place is an absolutely AWFUL place to be employed. The management is horrible gives no communication, doesn't help their employees at all, pays absolute trash rates. The management is always doing something ILLEGAL and they don't truly care for the residents they just want their money.

This place needs to be closed down for good!!!! If you are an elderly PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! Brookdale in Ontario loves to rip off elderly people ! They would take advantage of you!! Please stay away ! A family friend of our was ripped off 16,000!!!! STAY AWAY

Employee named Heather inserted herself into family drama that wasn't even true. She went as far as trying to force Grandmother to file charges she didn't want to file for money. Situation has resulted in harassment and trespassing by suspected employee acting as caregiver. The family has suspected Grandma's mental health has been declining due to strange paranoia over conspiracy against her stuff. Employee(s) inserted themselves into drama" Nobody else knew existed until damages and harassment took place. Police report notes Heather's involvement. I'm not impressed so far

Brookdale Ontario has an amazing group of caregivers and management who truly care about their residents! I absolutely love working along side them and definitely can't do my job with out them. The atmosphere when you walk into Brookdale is very welcoming. Thank you all for being amazing! Love ya
