I purchased a paid of shoes for my daughters hip hop class in September she danced in them 1 week and the the heel fell off. I brought them back and they gave me a new pair, the 2nd pair cracked on the bottom in half after 2 weeks of wearing them (they are worn for 1 hour a week) I went back again and she suggested a new company so I paid and extra 30 to get the other pair and 4 weeks later they again were faĺing apart. this time the lady tries to blame me and said my daughter was skateboarding on them or my dog ate them. Both of which are not true and I told her the shoes go to the studio she dances and put them in her bag for the next week. I think they have been stored for so long the shoes were drying out and as soon as they start grtting used the rubber starts falling apart. Her suggestion was I go to the mall and buy a 150 pair of shoes because my daughter is hard on her shoes. Great customer service!

Didn’t even get to have an experience - came here at noon on Tuesday, shop is closed even though their hours on the door say they were open. Called and got a voicemail, totally useless. What a waste of time. At least be here when your business is supposed to be open.

RUDE and doesnt even open Shop on time, HAD TO WAIT 1 HOUR! extremely has bad DOG SMELL in the unit. came to buy kids dance wear. had feeling she was just being racist. really expensive. left here and went to Dancewear Centrethey were amazing they are located at 1150 Sheppard Ave W Unit 11, North York, ON M3K 2B5

Great place especially for this mama who has no idea what she was doing. The staff were very helpful and very patient with my 5-year old making sure we get the right size and colour for her ballet class. They explained in detail how to put her ballet shoes and now I don't feel so lost. Will definitely come back here again for future purchases.

My child’s dance school used this company in the past and stopped using them due to terrible customer service. I know why now!! this store was closer to me so I decided to give them a try for the first time. I purchased two pairs of tights. The first pair of tights I found damaged when I opened it. The second pair of tights was the wrong size / brand when I open it, the tights do not match the packaging. I called the store and they refuse to take them back or exchange. This is very disappointing, I will not shop there again and I do not recommend them!!!

Cute little shop with a great personable experience! I went with my daughter to get ballet slippers I got great help and the women working even sized her shoes and advise me on how to tie them and when I would need more. I'll definitely be going back in the future
