Great place to call home! Especially for families with kids

Very nice neighborhood, close to supermarkets, shopping malls and subway station

The neighbourhood is nice, but there's a serious problem with the supposed smoke-free community. Some neighbours were grandfathered permission to smoke inside, and they smoke a lot. The smoke is overwhelming and makes being inside unbearable. If you feel cigarette smoke during a showing, this is a red flag to run away. After living here for several months, our clothes smell like an ashtray, and we can't feel more miserable. It's a health hazard for anyone with breathing issues or who wants to avoid secondhand smoke. Frankly, we can't wait to leave. The location is good, but be careful before deciding to live here because of the smoking problem.
