Best Western Plus Edmundston Hotel

We stayed in room 113. Our welcome was warm and friendly with a treat for Molly, our Bichon. The front desk recommended eating at the restaurant at the casino (an amazing meal).Our room was at the far end with an outside entrance..perfect for the dog. The room was modern and very clean with vinyl flooring...again...perfect for a pet. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of water pressure and hot water. The table with 2 chairs was a nice touch if you had take-out.I loved the cordless phone charger built in the night table.The only flaw I would mention is the lack of lighting in the room making it impossible to read.The hot tub was very hot.Breakfast was plentiful even though the hotel was very busy. There was a good selection.I would highly recommend this hotel.

1. The staff was quite likely the friendliest, the most professional and accommodating that we’ve met in our travels. We can’t say enough about them. 2. The lobby, common spaces, and lounge were gorgeous, clean and inviting. We had a great night having some drinks and enjoying pizza.3. The room.. we were on ground level, offered patio doors to outside. Everything inside the room looked as though it had been there for many years and was worn.The room did not match the common areas of the hotel, which was spectacular. The walls and ceilings and floors were paper thin/ not soundproof.. and all we could hear for hours were children running and playing in the room above us. Showers. People in the hallway.4. I was told the breakfast was amazing, but please note that we were told by front desk that it doesn’t begin till 7am, so if you are travelling, that may not fit your time schedule.Overall, we’d love to come for drinks or an event, but the noise in the room was too much for us to spend the night again. It’s a busy hotel and the staff was amazing.

We stayed in a ground floor room which had a patio door to our dedicated parking space which was a bonus. Rooms had no carpets which is a plus or minus depending on your view. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good and food tasty.

This is one of the best hotels for its price range that I have ever seen in my many years of travel. We had the executive suite and it was clean and bright and had some great mood lighting. Nice big walk in shower too. Water bottles are free in the lobby and the breakfast was not just a boring continental spread. I was honestly impressed all around. Great looking lobby too.

Our newly renovated room was lovely. The inner door cuts all noise from the hallway. We had an excellent sleep in a comfortable bed & quiet room.Every thing everywhere was very clean & the desk, cleaning & breakfast buffet staff were very pleasant & accommodating.There was a very good choice of hot & cold food available for breakfast.

Located right next to the highway, it's my go-to when I need to stop for the night driving Montreal-PEI. The included breakfast buffet is of nice quality and the rooms clean and confortable.

Traveling from Ontario to Nova Scotia and we pulled in last minute to sleep. The hotel is beautifully renovated. Very clean and rhe staff were so friendly. The bar stayed open for us to grab a quick beer after an 8 hour drive. The rooms were clean, with hardwood flooring. The beds were comfortable and the pocket door to minimize and hallway noise was the perfect addition. We received our military discount easily at check in and the pool seems very kid friendly, with a little splash area for smaller kids. The rooms were stocked adequately, even extra towels. Well done.

Stayed here 2 weeks ago. Checking in was easy as we booked in advance. Room was clean.Took my kids to the pool and noticed there was no water slide. The pictures showed one but we were disappointed when we got there to see no water slide. It was taken out and what a mess was left. Was all rusty where it was. The pool also had a mushroom splash pad that water pours over the top and comes downs well that wasn’t working either. Pool had green algae up the walls in a few spots the side of a soft ball. Really wish this hotel would have wrote on the website about this. This was the only reason we stayed here was for the water slide and the small splash pad that they advertised.When we went to checkout we told the lady at the front desk. She said oh we are renovating. Pretty much to bad so sad and she would tell her supervisor our concerns.

Newly renovated, hardwood flooring and wood furniture, still a bit new wood smell in the room. Very clean. The best Best Western Plus I have ever stayed. Good service and breakfast.
