They Don't know how to run uhaul booking so don't expect to book online and be able to pick up after hours even if online says otherwise

The owner of the place Mathew is really cool guy. He is always smiling and there to make sure your car is fixed as per your expectations. They are very reasonable. The main guy Hussein is also very helpful and genuine

Edit: based on response from owner I'm updating the review to 4 stars. I managed to book one of their alternate locations or partner companies and they are honouring the groupon.I am trying for 3 days solid to book an appointment with Bentley. Fifteen straight phone calls all at different times, no space to leave a voicemail, cant leave a message. Its like there's noone working at this company.

Brought my car in for minor damage to the back fender. The guys here did a great job fixing it and went well beyond what I was expecting to make sure I was satisfied with their work. It was a very positive experience and I can strongly recommend them. Thanks again!

Yo guys better not come to this shop at all ! I called them before going in for alignment, i asked them if they can do lowered cars and they said YES ( confidently ) and ended up not getting the alignment that i wanted to. They barely touched my suspension like nothing happened! AND THEY CAN’T EVEN PROVIDE ME THE ALIGNMENT SHEET WHEN I ASKED THEM. I would not recommend this shop to anybody AT ALL !!!

Purchased a Groupon for a winter tire swap, called the tire establishmentthey wouldn't answer the phone to make appointment or if they answered hung up on me. How one is to stay in business during these economic Covid times is beyond me. I'll take my zoom to another garage where professionalism is priority
