Color Me Mine

Awful manager. My family and I paid $5 extra per item to have our art glazed within a shorter timer frame. When I went to pick up my items, one of them was not ready, resulting in me having to make multiple trips to take our art home (and resulting in my family and I spending $5 extra for nothing). I tried multiple times to contact the manager to get a refund for the $5, and all attempts were ignored. While some of the staff at Color Me Mine were nice, others seemed to not care about helping customers, making me feel like an inconvenience if I had questions. This store (and specifically, this store's manager) are not worth spending a penny on. I was a repeat customer, as my family likes to paint pottery, but because of the horrible customer service, I will not be returning.

Great family fun, the boys loved painting. My one complaint would be thier trays don't hold enough paint when you're painting a large amount of surface area, like even a coffee mug required like 5 trips for the same paint.

Was there for a birthday party with 20 kids. I was super impressed with their crowd control, handling 20 kids is not easy. The selection of ceramics for the party was great and the kids loved it. They allowed enough time for the party to eat and cut cake. Staff was friendly and helped a great deal with the clean up.

My mom and I come here on a regular basis and love it. Some of the staff recognize us and always ask how we’re doing/what we’re going to paint when we come in. It gets busy on evenings and weekends (unsurprisingly!!) but during the day it’s usually nice and quiet. If I could I would take off half a star because it doesn’t have the same range of “fancy” glazes like the one in Canyon Meadows does but they have added some new ones so it might only be a matter of time! :)

Very helpful staff, lots of fun

I seriously love this place. It's perfect for gifts for anyone you need to get something for. It's also super fun just to go and paint something for yourself. Definitely a great way to spend a day with someone or to explore your creative side. Will definitely be back over and over again. I went last month and enjoyed my experience and am planning on going again!

Went for a party, the actual painting was fun but the manager was extremely rude the whole time. Prices are exorbitant too.

Where the customer is always wrong.We've been to other Color Me Mines and never been treated like that.Petty authorians run this place and what they say goes. The door stays open at - 15, wash your hands again, you can't have that color, make sure you write down what you use... and they never come by to see if you need anything.On top of that our work came back smudged and way worse than the other places.Avoid this one. Go to another BETTER location.

While I am happy with the piece of pottery I painted and the fun I had with my adult sister's doing out painting on a Saturday afternoon, the pricing is, in my view, steep. (Over $40 for a 12 oz coffee to-go tumbler, for example). The staff were not friendly and had to be pressed for details as to how pick up and payment worked. Overall, I'm glad I went once but probably wouldn't bother going again and would be hesitant to recommend for others.
