EDIT*** So today I received a call from one of the co-owners Nathan to apologize for missing the email that I sent and to try to make the mistake right. I did tell them that I was not interested in anything for free but if they insist on doing anything my suggestion was to get their young barber some more training to be a better barber and if they want to donate some products or services to a local Shelter for someone in need. This shows me that they do care about their customers happiness. Even though i will not remove the review I will say that the fact of them calling me shows me they do care. So i have adjusted my review from a 1 star to a 3 star. ***Came in a week ago for my beard to be trimmed and lined up nicely for my vacation. I’m a bald guy with a beard and the barber asked me what kind of haircut I needed. I told him I don’t need a hair cut as I’m bald. Lol. He had no clue how to line up a beard properly. The left side was lower than the right side. Before I let him do anymore bad line up. I decided the best thing would be to leave an go somewhere else to have it fixed before I lost my entire beard by a bad trim. Before writing this review I gave the business a chance to respond via email since I sent them a lengthy email about how terrible the service was. Nobody replied so this is now why I’m giving a 1star review.

i love how my hair look and i got a lot of compliments from a lot of people because of my hair i had very dark black hair but they made my hair look like this i 100% recommend this place to go to. thank you roya❤️

I recently moved to Aurora. I needed my hairstyled for an event. I called a few hair salons to determine if any stylists had experience with Afro hair.I called Salon Kreative and Hope answered yes". I was so pleased with my booking and service. It is very difficult to find non Black stylists who know how to work with Afro/textured hair.Hope is kind

It was my first time getting a balayage at Salon Kreative Aurora and I honestly had the best hair done by Hope ❤️ My hair was quite thick and long and she gave me an excellent service. I’m loving my hair so much I will be back here for future hair cuts/colours for sure! I definitely recommend Hope as an amazing hairstylist! :)

Dagny did my blow dry and let me just say that I have never had a more positive salon experience. She was so kind and preformed an amazing service for me. She was able to smooth my hair perfectly and it lasted me all week. If you're looking for a new stylist in Aurora, Dagny is the person to go to.

This salon is absolutely amazing!The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable on all things hair.I even brought my son there to get his haircut and he loved it.The salon is beautiful, is very spacious and clean. I always enjoy my hair treatments and the staff are so sweet and professional.

Hope has cut my hair and my daughters hair for years and I’ve always loved the results of her work. I always feel like a whole new person after. My daughter refuses to have their hair cut by anyone else.Recently I lost a bet and was forced to grow a full beard for the first time in 40 years and after almost 3 months of trying to keep it tamed I was in desperate need of a proper barbering. Although Hope’s catalog of work on Instagram ( @hair_by_hopegolden ) is mostly women’s styles, I can fully recommend her talents at giving a straight razor shave and beard trim. Dagny was also working the day I came in and it was great to see the friendly banter between coworkers. It really made it feel like the stylists are a team and not just people who happen to be cutting hair in the same room. It made for a fun time in the chair. If you have hair on your head and you need to feel like a million bucks before a big meeting or any important event make sure to schedule some time in Hope’s chair. It’s money well spent.

My hair was long and unhealthy, and as someone who hasn't had shoulder length hair in well over 2 decades I was incredibly defeated. Hope not only did a great job cutting and styling my hair but also gave me some confidence back and my experience in the salon was a lot of fun! I am so glad I have found a new hair dresser and cannot wait to go back for more laughs!

I'm seeing Hope weekly for a wash and blow dry. She's been doing a superb job.Last week she did a cut and style. I love it. The compliments I recieved for her work were many.I have very thick naturally curly hair that I'm letting go gray. Hope has been very supportive and helpful during the transition. Love her.The salon is lovely and all the stylists are nice and friendly.
