Rude, useless staff that clearly don't care about their customers, I feel bad for the owner cause he seems to care about his business... My wife the friendlyess person I know Had to deal with the staff at night and both times after paying $600-700 they had her in tears walking out of there and she wasn't upset about the money! but the way she was mistreated and disrespected for absolutely no reason!!

I highly recommend staying as far away from this company. I parked somewhere in hull not realizing I was partially blocking an unused garage that had not working vehicles in front of it. Their driver dragged my car backwards from the back (my car is FWD) about 20 feet causing damage to my brand new tires and possibly my transmission and/or parking pin. As a tow operator you are trained on how to tow cars. Drivers excuse is that the police told him to hook it from the back. That is inexcusable. I tried talking to the company and some guy Daniel was rude to me telling me to call tomorrow not answering why it’s ok for the driver to damage my car. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!

When I called the guys I spoke with told me someone was on the way within the next hour. Which is totally understanding since it wasn't an emergency. Michel arrived he was the friendliest, most kind, professional technician I've ever had. Truly recommended and make sure to request Michel for a stress free experience.Thanks againMichelle
