Fastnet Communications

At first it was great, if I called with an issue they got back to me but as of late I have had difficulties reaching them when my internet has been down, I called and emailed but no one ever got back to me. In fact when I called I got a busy signal and I had the line tell me it was disconnected a few times. Eventually after hrs of no internet it will start working but what's the point of paying for a service if you're not getting that service constantly or when you have issues you can't reach the customer service. Frankly I'm disappointed. For a startup company I would have imagined better customer service.

If you are in a big building, you might get it. Very cheap and reliable. We had a small tech hardware issue in our building that delayed our set up, but other than that for 40 bucks a month, nothing else went wrong.

I only had the service for a year but no issues here. Fantastic rates and the staff i spoke with was great. Jeremy is always very polite, on time and knew his stuff. Wish they were available at my new place.

I do not recommend this. Even support and technical team uneducated and can not identify problem. You will lose internet every week one time.
