Accurate Truck Service LTD

I've been lucky enough to deal with these Pros for years now. They specialize in big rigs but always find time to help me get back on the road with my small F350 dump truck. Highly recommend them if you need your truck serviced at all! Thanks Accurate and the great Staff!

I have had good luck and service at Accurate Trucks , Kelsey and Michelle at the front desk are always responsive and helpful. Pat at the parts counter is very knowledgeable and helpful . I have always had my vehicles completed on time and , or if there is a problem they are always prompt to call and keep me informed . All in all , the place takes care of me and my fleet . I will use Accurate Trucks again .

Accurate Truck Service Ltd is a place that gets things done. Parts staff are always friendly and knowledgable. Service Advisor, Ryan, is a rare jewel in the rough. Always extremely helpful and polite. I take my buses there for all warranty and off warranty repairs. Never had a problem with them. You need parts? Just ask for James in parts. Tell them Martin from Thirdwave sent you.

Reasonable prices. Provided quick follow up to all my questions. Added convenience since they work on weekends. I have been a customer for years and will continue to do so.

I took my 5 ton international to Accurate to check and fix a long crank or a late start. The customer service advisor Kelsey De Rose asked for 1 hour diagnostics to check and scan my truck and go from there. the next day she said they need 5 hours to fix my problem which is icp and pressure problems, from there everything went downhill they end up charging me 28 hours for a job that takes 9 to 10 hours. ( complete rip off ). I discussed the matter with one of the owners Jeff and he end up reducing the hours to 16 Hours and parts Total of $4832.20. after i paid my bill I noticed my truck was missing and smoking heavily (white smoke) Kelsey and the Forman said in a rude manner your truck was smoking when you brought it here ( not true, a complete lie ).I took my truck to a different shop to diagnose the white smoke and they advice me that my Valve cover Harness need to be replaced since the previous tech damaged my Harness. We replace it and my truck is Running good now.I will never recommend them nor will I use them ever.

When we first found this shop it did pretty good work at a reasonable price...I never had a complaint in the beginning. As time progressed they started to go downhill and it is to the point where I cannot let things pass. They will try to get away with doing work that they haven't done, didn't need to be done in the first place or have not even got authorization to do in the first place. They will never tell you how long jobs take so that they can charge whatever they want to charge you. They even charge you for the mistakes they have made while servicing your vehicle. Like taking something apart, then realizing that they cannot get the parts, and then putting it back together...their mistake for taking it apart before assuring they can do the work they are supposed to be doing but then charging the customer for tearing it apart and putting it back together. When you wish to discuss issues with them, they never have the time...nor inclination...to get back to you. When they do say they will call you, they don't. I am thoroughly disappointed with them after getting used to a higher caliber or service from them. I would not recommend getting anything serviced from them and suggest being careful when ordering parts as well...after double checking the price of parts purchased I found that most of the parts can be found for less than half of what they bill from other sources...even from the actual manufacturers themselves whom usually charge top dollar for everything. Skyrocketing prices and a substantially lower standard for quality of work puts this repair shop well below others.EDIT: I have waited, literally, weeks for them to get back to me about a recent invoice so I could discuss issues regarding, what I believe to be, false charges, unauthorized work, incomplete work, and substandard work. After being a customer for years and defending them multiple times from people that have had nothing but condemnations of them...I can see, now, clearly what they were speaking of. Their practices are criminal...bordering on extortion and racketeering. Never bring a vehicle to them...ever.

Took my 3 ton international cf500 as the engine was having occasional hesitation while driving, I chose Accurate Truck knowing they are subcontractor for International Trucks and will have modern and latest technology to diagnose and fix the issue, I got a call next day was told the truck needed new injectors, so I explained my trucks runs fine most of the time but engine only hesitates occasionally and the problem goes away as I turn off the engine and restart it"

Great people. Closest heavy truck parts dealer to Vancouver. Great knowledge of parts and service of all makes and models. I went there for parts today.
