Some office staff were nice, area is horrible and BOD and some neighbors were bullies. My house was constantly broken into as well as my car and Windsor Police did nothing. I have a 4 foot by 4 foot hole in my closet that nothing has been done about by Police or Co Op. Nothing gets fixed and they want $40,000 from me? It's not my fault they took more than a year to fix a plumbing problem. They prey on people like me. Horrible place to live.
