Refresh Evolution - Port Moody

Had a great experience today with Nicole at Refresh Evolution. She is a great technician, (made the treatment very comfortable for me) and everything about place was lovely and professional. Will definitely be heading back to this spa.

This was my first time at this clinic and it was a great experience! Everyone is super nice, friendly and professional- I got 2 treatments done and my aesthetician (Indu) is fabulous, highly recommend her and this clinic!!

I’ve been going to Jackie 6 months now and I’ve never been disappointed in the results nor her service. We always have the best laughs and she constantly makes sure I’m comfortable throughout each appointment as it is my first time getting laser. Thank you Jackie!

I had Sylfirm X micro-needling done on Jan 23, 2023. Service was done by Nicole, very comfortably. All the staff were amazing and treated and kept telling me about the procedure what to expect next…very clear and professionally done. This one’s for you Nicole 10/10 - highly recommend for any skin care need! Jackie and Indu were amazing as well….

Great experience! Indu is an AMAZING laser technician, she is very knowledgable and caring. My experience was next to painless for Brazilian and under arm hair removal. I've been twice so far and can already see a difference. I REALLY love how they ice your skin before doing the laser, it makes the process so much more comfortable. The place is also always very clean and well decorated when I come in.

Burnt my skin but did not say anything about it and later denied that they did it. I stopped the treatments from this clinic because the outdated machines here did not give me much result which they told me it's because of my hormone; also because Nicole was disrespectfully very rough when she was performing my treatments. When I went to a different clinic after finishing 6 treatments here, the technician told me that I had burnt spots from improper laser treatment and looks like I've only received 1-2 treatments, not 6.I tried to talk to the manager but she kept telling me that since I did not address it when I was being treated and it's been 2 months, she cannot do anything about it.How was I suppose to know it was a burnt mark from laser if it wasn't for my new technician and also address it right away when it took time for me to find a new clinic. Her points and attitude was just ridiculous.Not even a genuine apology was done but treated me like a cheap person who just wanted a discount. Worst experience ever.Hope my review saves anyone who is looking to get their treatment done here.

Highly recommend this clinic! I’m very happy with the laser hair removal results. I’ve had 4 treatments so far but already about 80% hair are gone. My technician Jackie is always careful, professional and friendly. My package also has chemical peel and dermaplaning. And I absolutely love both! I have noticed that my skin got noticeably smoother, the tone and texture had definitely improved, and fine lines are less noticeable. Still have a few treatments left , and planning to get another package once this one is done!

I had the BEST experience today. I felt so anxious laser hair removal, but I was treated with so much care that I had zero pain and fear. I am looking forward to using my membership and trying other services this year! Thank you again, definitely exceeded all expectations I had!
