Garbage place. The old woman can’t do math and refuse to give me my $5 that I have won.

Today i bought thing for $36.00 i had a empty coffe cup and wanted to through and the store do not have a common bin and i asked the lady to help to through this into their bin. She is giving me attitude. Pls learn to treat your customers in better way. I will not come to this store anymore.

This store is simply amazing , much better then any large convenience store in Toronto , they have beef patties and always more then 1 worker , very fast service and sooooo nice and they do western union , I have read some of the negative feedback on this store and they must be lying , there is one very special Korean worker here who lightens my day every time I come in the store .. gerrys is the best store and really makes flemingdon park a better place . too many rude customers !! your service is great , keep it up !

Lots of services offered: Key cutting, western union location, tobacco products, even some essential grocery items like eggs and milk. Sometimes service is slow, you really need to get their attention. But in general good store, has been at the Plaza for a while so has stood the test of time. Also as best as I can remember they are open pretty much everyday even on holidays

Great customer service. Asked to use a pen and the clerk didn’t hesitate. Been using this store since 2009 & never had an issue.

They are price gouging on hand sanitizer gel. $17.98 for a 375ml bottle. These people are disgusting for doing this. I was just there moments ago getting lottery tickets. I hope they get fined according to Doug Ford’s recent announcement.

Extremely rude disgusting needs to learn customer service should be fired.Wanted me to photocopy a receipt for confirmation for Western Union ?The copy was a text message ? She wanted a text message copied so I went to another location where it was not a problem and they didn't needto copy a text message !Lol...Wow..

I wish I could give 0 stars. Went in to ask about surgical masks for children and found they were selling adult masks individually at the counter. Individually in a ziploc bag with masking tape on the front saying $1.69 plus tax. First of all, it looks extremely sketchy. Second of all, being in ziploc bags means they were all touched by who know who's hands. Third of all, people here don't need individually packaged masks. It's maddening that they are trying to profit off people's fear and things some people need on a daily basis. Even now, no one would buy 50 masks for $100, especially ones that were grossly handled. To the korean lady who still thought I was still interested in buying one, you are appalling and I hope no one buys anything from you.

I got caught up the rain while passing by. So I bought an umbrella here, but it got broken as soon as I walked out.Can the owners, please, sell a little bit higher quality stuff together with the cheapest possible stuff? At least, give your customers a choice. I would happily pay 36 CAD instead of 6 CAD for a higher quality umbrella.On the upside: thanks for working early in the morning, unlike all other businesses!
