I have bought a few things from these guys and they have been very helpful with everything. Even when things did not work they were able to return it and were very understanding about everything. I have bought things such as air-fryers, vacuums, keurigs and so much more. Both are so nice i highly would recommend going there! THANKS GUYS

Bought a vacuum last week and it is by far the best vacuum i've used. Customer service was great, they showed me how to use it and set it up. Price was the best in the market! Definitely will be coming back for future purchases!

I ordered a juicer which I thought was through Best Buy website. Apparently without knowing it went through marketplace WALBAS Direct. I am amazed at their level of customer service, they answered the phone on Sunday as I wasn’t able to locate my item.I am so glad to know this company as I will only go through them for all my future purchases. These people are scammers, they package trash as new and lightly used. THEY'RE FRAUDSTERS, PLEASE BUYERS BEWARE!!! We bought goods worth of CAD$1,600 and they're all junks. The items were ALL labeled non-functional. Broken stuff! They refused to do ANY refund. We had to pay to trash them in a dumpsite!
