I declined to give my personal info and declined to donate to their charity. She didn’t seemed to pleased as her demeanour changed. Paid with cash, and she dropped the change on the counter. I asked why she dropped it on the counter like that as it’s quite rude and she replied “well I don’t want to touch your hand!” Perhaps it’s time to find a new job, lady. I’m sorry you’re miserable.

Under new management, customer service at the till was great, I believe the assistant manager helped me try and find a specific pair of shoes and looked at a couple other stores when they didnt have them! Store was being rearranged, staff was checking in with customers. Do suggest going in if you're in need of a new pair of shoes.

Friday 5:45 wanted to stop by after work for a quick look. Need a couple new pairs of shoes. Sign on door says there open till 6:00 PM. However the door from the mall was locked and the employees were just sitting around inside talking waiting for 6:00 pm to hit. THE SHOE COMPANY- your pathetic

Manager is extremely rude to customers and has an attitude for no reason they'll follow you around if you look sketchy" or if your native. I worked here and they are very prejudice. So I quit. If this wasn't the only shoe store in Cranbrook they'd probably be out of business."
