Closed due to the weather despite roads are clear and the sun is so bad I need my shades, needed my package today, couldn’t get it, that’s the reason I go to this place is so my package doesn’t get locked away like in Canada post, due to the weather. I’ll take my corporate box and go elsewhere to a place that doesn’t close due to there being snow on the side of the roads.

Cashier isn't knowledgable, so don't expect your questions to be answered. They also charge $2 for them to print out their own shipping labels. Except we were told $2 and were charged $2.90+tax. Don't go here, they don't want your business.

Driver did not deliver package, and didn't even try to get up our driveway. Ended up taking the package back to the centre so we had to go and pick it up. We had been driving up and down our driveway all day so it was definitely passable. Going to stick to Purolator. They always amaze me and deliver to our door even on days I thought they wouldn't.

Switched from Canada Post to the UPS Store in the middle of last year and I have no intention of ever looking back. The quality of service as well as the politeness of the staff is miles above Canada Post. I mean yes, there's a lot of Canada Post employees that always treated me very well. Unfortunately a number of them have either retired or are retiring and The Replacements just aren't the same. They don't offer the same care or friendliness in customer service.When packages arrive at my box, UPS Store will send me an email. When I come in, they greet me by my name. I have had nothing but excellent customer service since I switchedEdit: it's been nearly a year since I switched over from using Canada Post to The UPS Store and Service is great.

Greg is the best, always helps you in a friendly and curious manner. He makes doing business there a better experience. Shop is very well organized also, I love the pin location map.

We've been using UPS as our official business and personal mailing address for over 5 years now. Whether you travel a lot, or live in a rural area with no mailbox, having a UPS box as your legal mailing address is vastly superior to having a PO box. Greg has been wonderful over the years, and having move about seven times when first arriving in Canada, it has been wonderful to have a static mailing address the whole time. Packaging, printing, and laminating have also been very helpful over the years. Thanks Greg!

We often uses local print companies for the printing and delivery of business proposals. Recently I worked with Greg at the UPS Store in New Minas. He was EXCELLENT. Very professional and through. Printing, binding and delivering to specific instructions. I would not hesitate to use this location

Awesome. Staff was super helpful getting me what I needed and getting me through my technical issues. Will be back later to get some super slick looking business cards, keep an eye out for them.

We were shipping back a defective product and we were told to go to our nearest UPS store to send back at know cost to us, the owner of this UPS informed us the company had not given us the proper return label. This is where the outstanding customer service comes in he hands me his phone and tells me to call them and then gets them to email the return label ( which was a canada post return label) he prints it off seals it to the package and tells me where the nearest canada post was so we could mail it. Absolutely the best customer service I have received in a long time.

It is evident that Greg values his customers. Greg is always willing to go the extra mile and I for one, am grateful that he has stayed on the front line" during this time. Greg has been a "lifeline" in getting what we need during this Pandemic!"
