I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by one of your agents, Alan Sani. Recently, I had to move out and had to hand my keys to the management company. When we arranged for a specific time to meet, the management company did not show up.The next day, Mr. Sani blamed us for the miscommunication and spoke to us in a very rude and disrespectful manner. When we tried to explain that we had a lease agreement with our landlords and not with the management company, he continued to speak rudely and demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of property law or landlord-tenant law.Mr. Sani's behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. He was the rudest agent I have ever met, and his disrespectful attitude is not tolerated. If the company still keeps him as an agent, then it is clear that the company is willing to be rude with tenants.I hope that the management company will take my complaint seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that this type of behavior is not repeated in the future. It is crucial that tenants are treated with respect and professionalism, and agents who behave in a disrespectful manner should not be allowed to continue representing the company.

Maximum Property Solutions was recommended to me by my realtor and I’m glad to be one of their landlord clients for about 2 years. To me, the value the team brings when things go wrong justify their fees. From difficult tenants, to smaller unexpected maintenance issues, their Property Manager, Run, is incredibly responsive and helpful. My tenants have a good relationship with the Leasing Manager and Maximum Property Solution’s outreach is a great help when finding new tenants in a timely manner. I’ve also had positive experiences working with their Associate Property Manager when it comes to signing documents. As an out-of-town client, owning a rental property would not be possible without the great staff at Maximum Property Solutions.To be fair, I would also consider shopping around when completing larger home renovation projects. Maximum Property Solutions has their own contracting team that completed smaller-mid level projects for my rental at a fair price and a reasonable timeline. The Maximum Property Solutions team makes owning a rental property significantly easier, but sometimes managing larger renovations yourself (like installing new windows) gives you more control and might be more economical.

Jessica has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond to help us rent a beautiful home. Just when we were beginning to lose hope, Jessica came through for us, and now we have moved into a gorgeous property that we love. Jessica, you have been fabulous and if I can ever recommend someone for the same services your name will be the first one I say. Thanks again!

Worst ever management company I've ever dealt with. Takes days if not weeks to get a response. They don't do any maintenance without being asking multiple times. Oh and to top it off yesterday they had someone move into a unit that was under construction. And today since they don't have keys to any of the units they broke into the unit that was under construction while the person who just moved in was sleeping. I wish the tenant in the unit would press charges since someone just broke into his unit but he doesn't speak very good English and doesn't understand whats happening.

Would not recommend Brendan Jay/Watts, whatever his actual name is on any front but especially as a homeowner. The guy takes days to respond to messages when he finally does book showings and then rents out the property without the courtesy of letting those with appointments know.It took him 3 days for a simple response to begin with, if you're trying to rent your home, that's the last thing you want and as a business owner myself, it's a reflection of his lack of respect for both owner and tenants.He told me he'd send a text scheduling, that never happened, and honestly, not anyone I would want managing my property.So, their response was that it was already rented and that they could always learn." Static social media response???They have to learn to notify appointments that something is no longer available??? Where is the bang your head emoji when you need it.Never heard a peep out of the guy

I highly recommend Maximum Property Solutions to anyone in need of a home! Jessica was phenomenal in securing my brother and I a beautiful new home and since then Anita has been nothing short of spectacular in answering and handling any questions and concerns we’ve had as we’ve settled in! The whole team is incredible and very responsive and you won’t regret giving them a call!

I never got my security deposit back. I checked, they got the keys for my room back on time as well as no damage to the property during my stay was reported. I was staying in there Sandwich Street location until June’21. I was about to recommend the place to someone but recalled my experience with the management.7july’23Update: I received the security deposit back. Firstly, thank you for processing it.But i didn’t like the part where i had to send proofs that i paid it in the first place.There should be a proper documentation/bookkeeping for all amounts paid by tenants. Since i paid it in cash, I really had to dig down my emails to look for proof of payment. The management should be aware of all this information.

Maximum Property Solutions was one of the best property managements out there. They were always there we needed anything just a call away. Great job!
