Terrible company policy, will do everything to rip you offf stay away from this company.

deck drivers no hoist on site, wrecker service was very helpful and knowledgeable. staff always pleasant.Glover policy is trucks on ground, keys in hand ready for inspection by 2pm effectively making arrival for deck delivery 7am to 12 noon. anything later and you will be stepping on toes. new truck inspections typically take an hour per truck so you better do a very thorough pretrip inspection.have a t50 torx to remove the bumper on some of the trucks or plan on buying a bumper. :)nice lounge, free coffee, shower in bathroom.

Unbelievable service from them today. Took flywheel to them to be resurfaced fully expecting to have to make another trip (2 hour round trip)to pick up in a few days, but they got right on it and had ready in a couple hours. Very helpful and friendly (on phone as well as in person). Can't beat the price either-will be my first stop when needing parts and service from now on.

Purchase two trucks here and had a great experienceThe follow up with any issues we have has has been horrible - I purchased the trucks with aftermarket parts and both trucks have had issues from whoever at the dealership installed them.To be mad is an understatement.

These guys are great! Had a problem with my truck and the shop foreman (Ben) came out and fixed me up on the spot!! The parts folks are knowledgeable, friendly and go out of their way to provide great service!! Pretty rare that you get great service from all departments at any dealership.

I spent money on 2 different mechanics and had my truck 3 times before someone recommend Glover International.Im was skeptical at first after reading all the horror stories on truck board about going in for a small problem and being overcharged to the point where they almost lost their truck.Anyways when my truck got here it sat for a day and my mind started racing.Now I'll be the writing about a bad experience on one of those boards,warning others of this dealership.I was thinking of all the hours be charged while it's in the shop ect. I called a few times then found out who to talk with.Jesse answered the phone and explained that the truck wasn't starting and a technician was performing a full diagnosis. I started to worry what all that would cost and explained to Jesse my situation in being a owner operator.Next day when I called again Jesse was straight with me and explained I needed a new ECM. He asked me to come down and speak with him in person.I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Jesse ,he was very friendly and went through the who diagnosis so I understand what was wrong with my truck. He gave me a break down of what the repairs would cost and when parts will arrive. Then he took me off guard and said we only charged you cpl hours for the diagnosis and he will speak with the boss to help reduce repair costs.Parts arrived and time to pay the bill,guess what they took off a $1000 .Didn't charge me for the extra hours my truck was in bay,free coolant top up. There was a lot more but if I say too much then everyone will take advantage of their kindness.I also opted to have new batteries installed because of the colder weather. Jacobe was working the night shift and called me after dinner to give me a update on the install. This guy ended up spending 4 hours taking off the side ferrying,removing rusted bolts and clips to install my batteries. In the end he said we will honour the 1 hour estimate.I went in to pick up my truck ,and right before I left Jacobe checked my fluid levels and checked all my codes to be sure I was all set.My experienced was the total opposite of what I've read and hear,so I guess I've learned to judge with my own experience. After all if that I didn't know how to feel beyond joy. It was a feeling of full trust and honest workmanship.Everyone at the service center went above and beyond their duty.I had to call the owner and speak to him about my experience. Mr Bosch was very pleased to hear about my experience.  He was very friendly and thanked me for the phone call.Ppl are quick to post bad reviews but hardly anyone takes the time to write about the good experience.Thank you everyone at Glover International for a wonderful experiment.

Called for Parts and they have it with a very good price. Good and happy customer. Nice new trucks in the yard, too nice had to take some pictures.

Nice place to buy international parts. Great people to work with. Service department are awesome. Sale people are perfect to deal with.

Recently purchased a used / news truck international Prostar 2016, Mr Syed was our first contact at the sales, very knowledgeable. He helped us out to get a good deal within our budget. He took full initiative to complete all the required work in the truck before delivery. Not only that, even after delivery of the truck he is in constant touch to know the performance of the truck. We are impressed with his this attitude and service.
