Canadian Tire

Called to order mulch for delivering. No one knew delivery costs. Went into store staff didn’t know answer. Bought ten bags came back to get more. Asked if I could pay over the phone with credit card and she wouldn’t let me when In years past they did. Had to wake up my sleeping baby to come into the store to pay and explained that to the women. She didn’t seem to care and when I asked to speak to a manager she said they were busy. But her solution was I give my credit card and password to a person in garden Center. What’s the difference. Very disgusted with the lack of customer service and professionalism not to mention small town vibe.Then waited outside for them to load and had to call back the store for someone to come out.

It can be hard to find a trust worthy mechanic and I know many who shy away from big chain auto repair shops but Mike is always friendly, honest and doesn’t pressure you to do unnecessary work. I have been getting my auto repairs done there now for about 7 years and have never felt like I was being played or spending more than was warranted.

This is an amazing store. The building itself is small but it is packed from floor to ceiling with products. Staff were really helpful when I needed to find specific items. Otherwise, if you have time to browse, shopping in this store feels like going on a treasure hunt. I went in for only a couple of items but ended up purchasing at lot more.

Visited this cute little Canadian tire store when I was staying nearby. It has all the important essentials without the need to go to bigger towns/city. They had garden center as well with some plants.

its tight in there..need a bigger place! but mostly has what you're lookin for..most staff friendly most of the time lol

Small town feel is gone, new manager Jason tried to kick me out of the store 10min before closing while trying to grab a C0 and smoke alarm after testing ours to make sure it works when our newborns come home. This is after he already accused my brother of stealing slippers we bought in sarnia for Christmas last year and tried to exchange them for the correct size….. then recently had my parents accused of stealing a large cabinet we ordered online from Canadian tire when we couldn’t find the receipt and they couldn’t find it on file yet how do you get a cabinet delivered to store paid for and then take it without paying. The new owner might as well stay home because he won’t talk to you when these things happen and will hide in his office until you’ve left. As local farmers from the area who spend over 10k a year there I’m disgusted. First time in Forest I’ve ever been accused of stealing and been told to leave a store before closing!!!

Want to buy paint. Ask cashier if anyone was available to mix paint. Told me to ask at parts counter. Waited 5 minutes for someone to help me. Nobody came to counter, do I left. They wonder why people go to the cities to shop.

My husbands new Christmas gift Phillips 9000 shaver is the best ever he told me .And the indoor store service was excellent.
