Dryer Vent Wizard of Halton

I would ONLY recommend Rob from Dryer Vent Wizard if you have any dryer vent issues. Our old dryer duct was not up to code and needed to be upgraded to a rigid metal and re-routed. After a number of estimates from other dryer vent/HVAC companies, we decided to hire Dryer Vent Wizard. During the estimate, Rob took his time to take measurements, asked plenty of questions, and offered a number of possible solutions (while the other companies only offered one!). Our laundry room is in a finished basement and Rob offered a great solution that didn’t involve ripping up entire sections of the basement (phew!). On installation day, in order to re-route the dryer duct, Rob had to drill through two spots in the foundation, insulate large sections of dryer vent that went through the garage, and mount the ducts around various fixtures in my finished basement. It was not an easy job but Rob did a FANTASTIC job. He was very thorough, did not damage anything, cleaned up the area after himself, and was very friendly and pleasant (ask him about his background in engineering - you’ll be impressed!). Seriously, don’t bother calling anyone else for your dryer vent problems. A++ service and workmanship!

Rob was extremely thorough and professional with his work. We had a poorly installed dryer vent that was causing moisture issues in our attic, and Rob identified the problem and resolved the issue for us. Took lots of before and after pictures for reference. As a bonus, he identified other potential issues in our attic that may require addressing, further saving us money in the long term by preventing unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend!

I usually hire professionals from Homestars with great ratings/reviews, but given Rob has great reviews on Google Reviews and also provides his service specifically to those in Halton (I'm in Oakville btw), I decided to give him a try - and it turned out to be a great decision! He first took his time to thoroughly inspect the issue and helped properly/tightly reconnect the venting ducts in a very tight space. In addition, he made sure no garbage was left behind after he was done and even kindly measured the dryer vent airflow at the end to ensure the dryer is properly vented to the outside of the home. All in all, I was very happy with the end result, as well as Rob's professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and friendliness, and will certainly recommend him to anyone with a dryer vent issue.
