I recently patronized is paint store for the first time, having driven by at a thousand times and not even realizing it was a paint store. I went in there specifically to have them match an old can of paint that had come from their store about five or six years ago. Carmen spent an incredible amount of time tweaking the color match to get it just perfect. I was amazed at her determination to get it exactly right when other places would have been happy to tell you that it's close enough. Thank you for your dedication to getting the job done right. I will be back.

You know what I think is really nice about a supply store? You walk in and it's like they are your co-workers. I hadn't been into Dulux in Duncan before as we just re-located, but from the moment I walked in I knew I was in the right place. I was welcomed by the store manager Carmen and Aaron who proceeded to get my business account setup and products in my hands in short order. No pushback, no hassles and offered good suggestions on products. It's a smallish store and they are very busy at times, but patiently wait and you'll be glad you did!

Came in with colours to match. Carmen was fabulous. Knew her stuff and was patient with questions. Ww are painting the outside of our house and renoing inside. Will be coming back here for all our paint inside and out.
