How to lose a customer of 20+years in just a few minutes. Mondou's Vaudreuil store broke the all-time record.We recently adopted a cat from CASCA and bought a carrier to bring it home. There was an unsewn or badly sewn seam.The cat walked in one end and out the other in less time than it takes to read this.Good thing we bought it from Mondou, a reputable retailer, a leader in the field, right?WRONG.Congrats, you conned me out of 50$... Brilliant, you lost me and my 100$ a month foreverTo clarify, staff refused to exchange the carrier, (I was not asking for a refund, in fact I wanted to upgrade to a more expensive one). I bought another at you competitor, plus the cat food, plus the litter, plus the litter box, plus assorted toys, plus a collar, plus a tree.Once again, brilliant (yes, sarcasm)

Great service, when walking in I was welcomed and asked if I needed any help, thank you employees 9131. Consulted for the food for my dog and they carried the bag to the cash, while I got to continue shopping. And another employee that I do not know but thank you :)

Super friendly staff, always greeted when entering the store. We had an issue with our cat not liking her dry food (weekly puking). They recommended vetdiet as a replacement. We've experienced little to no vomiting with the change. She has the occasional hair ball and eating too fast. The product is more expensive than iams or friskies but your paying for quality food which is healthier for your pet.

I went in to the Vaudreuil store on March 3 2022 looking for pill pockets for my 13 year old Yorkie. There were non in stock and the sales assiciate Melody W. was so very helpful. She suggested a cat treat called CatIT and what a success for my very picky dog. Thanks so much Melody. You went above and beyond even though you say were just doing your job.

Good pet supply store with friendly, helpful staff. I go there often and am always greeted with a smile. They have a dog grooming room you can reserve for free. Bring Fido’s favorite shampoo or buy it at the store and give him the deluxe treatment.Reasonable prices, great selection of pet products and a cheerful staff... what more can you ask? Highly recommended.

Super friendly staff!! They greeted us right at the front door. Asked us if we needed help and what we might be looking for. Store was very clean and following the current Quebec Covid rules perfectly.

was stared at moment I walked in with my husband, first time ever in the store. I am not french so took me longer to look.. I was there for 20 mins or so and in that time no one asked if I needed help. when I got to the cash I asked the cashier about her advice between cat or dog food for my Hedgehog she said cat as less grains. maybe she was in training but then other girl came up and started.. well we are not trained for those animals. well SORRY I can only have this kind of animal my husband is allergic to cats and dogs only reason I was there because of the viet diet brand. I spent 50$ and wont be back till I have too
