Wael is an excellent accommodating and logical problem solver. He understands when you're buying a house what you're really looking for and goes the extra mile to alleviate your stress. As a property manager. He takes on all the grunt work and leaves me mostly out of it. Which is what I wanted. But he understands as a home owner the desire to have good Tenants and finds suitable matches. When I have concerns he takes care of them. He is a trustworthy and caring person. As a first time home buyer my experience with Wael was great. Unlike some realtors, he actually took the time to ask me exactly what I was looking for in my first home. He was quick to respond, was willing to show me as many houses as it took to find the right one and made sure I was happy with my decision when it came time to make an offer. Wael is an amazing guy. He took the time to show my kids suitable houses in their budget and he was so honest. They were moving from outside of Regina to Lethbridge for work and it is a 7 hour drive - Wael was there when they finally arrived after an 11 hour drive in a storm and helped them unload their trailer so that my son could get it back to the rental place after he started his new job in the morning. If you are looking for someone you can trust Wael is your guy - just a stand up human being. Thank you.

Wael was amazing to work with, he is always quick to respond and keep you in the loop, he is always up front and honest. He works extremely hard to get you the best deal possible. He goes out of his way to make sure buying or selling a home is as painless as possible. Being from Lethbridge Wael knows all the ins and out of the City. He keeps up to date with the housing market, this gave me the confidence that when he listed out house he would be listing it for a good price.
