I had the pleasure of sitting down with Kerri and seeing her gym. It is a beautiful space for women to work out! The bathroom is absolutely stunning and the spa is very classy and chiq! One thing that really stood out to me was the I can" mirror- where her members encourage each other with positive thinking and quotes. Kerri is extremely passionate about what she does and I would highly suggest her gym to any women I know looking for a gym membership!"

I've been a member for over 10 years and I absolutely love this gym, not only for the convenient location but for the members and staff! I LOVE Kerri (the owner), her positive attitude and passion for fitness is inspiring. I participate in the 9am/9:15am classes as much as possible.The women/members at this gym are so nice and have become good friends. We all push each other and look out for each other. The classes are always different which keeps me motivated and pushes me to work harder.I would also like to say that Kerri and her staff stepped up during this pandemic...by bringing their classes online for members and sending out emails with the exercises, I've been able to stay active through out this trying time and I am happy to say that I'm in the best shape of my life because of it!!Thank you Kerri and staff for all that you do!!! I needed support as I went through a very busy, stressful and demanding period. I have already worked on nutrition, stress management and exercise, but knew I needed support to maintain habits, behaviours and discipline, plus work through challenges that inevitably arise. Kerri provided me with an eating/exercise accountability tool, video exercise routines, recipes, inspirational messages through multiple online vehicles. All of these were helpful to keep me on course. Then we met for a half hour weekly to review the week and plan for the next 7 days with goals and promises to myself. The positive results included good sleep routines, better stress management, even or slightly reduced weight, increased strength and toning, and fitting well in my clothes. My goal during this intense period was to maintain wellness in mind, body and soul, and Kerri helped me navigate this well. I would recommend Kerri to anyone wanting a major change and improvement or a maintenance program like me. She is no nonsense, knowledgeable, empathetic and fun. A great combination.

This program has helped change my mind, body and soul. Kerri has taught me how to have a different relationship with food and myself. Kerri's fit for life program is amazing and has been a literal life saver for me! I signed up for her program after struggling with an autoimmune condition and in just 5 months I've been in a lot better health than I've been in years.She is extremely knowledgable, detailed and will guide you through every step of the process. She has helped me change my lifestyle for the better. And if you are an avid gym geek, her program has the best virtual workout classes.
