Ran into truck problems while travelling across Canada, I couldn’t find the part I needed, but heavy wrenching was able too. Very fast service. I am very impressed with how they conduct themselves and will use them in the future.

Marco was great to deal with, it was a challenge to find a shop available Friday after noon that was open on Saturday. They were able to complete everything they promised quickly to get me back on the road. Will be using Heavy wrenching when I need work done in the future.

We came in for what we thought was a glow plug relay problem. Michel ran the engine diagnostic for them along with other diagnostics and took a look around the engine compartment as well. He was super thorough and walked me through what he was seeing. Michel told it like it was and everything he recommended seemed genuine - no BS. I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone in the Calgary area. As it turns out it was nothing to do with the relays so super glad we brought it in.

I had a C4500 Topkick that I needed a CVIP inspection on for a private sale.Anyone else was booking an inspection about a week out.I went there on a Friday end of day. They got me to drop it off Monday morning 8am and said they could have it done end of day Tuesday. They were busy and the shop was full... I got a call Monday afternoon it was done. I was able to get them in touch with the buyer and he even got them to do work for them.The whole team that Marco has there was great. From the actual knowledge to the customer service provided, was all exceptional. They kept in constant contact, were efficient and absolutely awesome to deal with. Prices are more than fair and actually less than what I was quoted through other shops.All around, Heavy Wrenching was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone.Great Job Marco, to you and your team for how you guys handle your day to day operations and scheduling. I used this repair shop for the very first time this week. I can honestly say I feel I have found a company that we can rely on. Marco & Joseph were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen and explain everything to me. The repair was done very fast and the price was right. Marco had ran a diagnostic on it while I was giving my info to Michel, who also was a pleasure to deal with. Also, a big thumbs up to their mechanics as well! They clearly know what they are doing - I am truly looking forward to doing business with these guys for a very long time & highly recommend them. I will be scheduling my 2 Isuzu NRR 3 ton trucks in very soon for a complete check over and service.Thanks again for everything!!!
