An essential service for people who want a discreet and easy access to PrEP. I had a consultation in less than 3 days and it took less than 2 weeks for me to get a prescription for PrEP. I just gotta wait for a call to book my first delivery and I'll be PrEPed!

Super easy to get started and the representatives are super courteous and personable. They walk you through all the prescription and lab work stuff and it's super easier to get a hold of Freddie if anything arises. I recommend setting up a call if you've been thinking about getting on PreP but didn't know where to start!

Everyone’s really nice, and staff are available to respond by text message for updates and to help move things along (lab reviews). Access in BC is poor with Pacific Blue Cross (no coverage) and there is no back-up plan for Freddie clinicians to prescribe Truvada (covered by medical services plan) so after 3 weeks of waiting and follow-up you may find yourself back at square 1 in trying to find PrEP coverage.

Freddie is such a great service! I've been with them now for three months and they really make everything regarding prep super simple, especially during covid times! The best part is that they have funding options for patients who aren't eligible to have the medication covered, making it more accessible to everyone.As well, they really help keep you informed about your sexual health, which can be hard or daunting for some. I really encourage anyone who's even thought about prep to give them a go.

Freddie has revolutionized the PrEP process. They are so professional and helpful. The website is very intuitive and very easy to use. Every 3 months, you get a lab requisition automatically, and you get your prescription before you need it, it's that easy. Delivery is always on time, and never any delays. The entire team always go above and beyond in all aspects, from the initial appointment, to the renewal process, and every person that wants to be on PrEP should use Freddie.

A friend of mine needed prep urgently, he spoke with Freddie on the first consultation and he was advised the time had ran out and he needed to make another appt! and that an appt for the following day was available.When he spoke with the person who handled the appt bookings, he was told there was NO appt available for the following day! And given an appt a week later, he then missed his appt today because he wasn’t feeling well, he called and left a msg, and now I guess he will have to wait another week or two for an appt which they might prescribe prep or might ask him to make another appointment again! Seems to me a scammy excuses on collecting money through OHIP by booking several appointments.If you need PreP urgently don’t rely on Freddie, go elsewhere.It doesn’t look like Freddie cares.I’m in the process of writing and publishing an article about the same.

Thrilled! I have been paying a percentage out of pocket for years for prep. I was glad to learn about their services but then was super impressed with the quality of service. Awesome people! So not only am I getting my prep free now, these folks are a joy, they effectively leverage technology and help us all keep each other safer! Can can’t enough good things! I’d yell about Freddie from my rooftop if I knew how to get up there! Tell all your friends and family about Freddie!! Yes, yes, yes!Update: I won a 6 month supply of cookies form a draw for the above Google review - but they only delivered 3 months. Somehow my testing schedule and prescription schedule got messed up so when they send the updated prescription to the pharmacy, the pharmacy can’t fill it. Then they didn’t follow up on a clinician needing to speak to me. When I did schedule an appointment, I got stood up. A comedy of errors, poor communication and broken promises.

Freddie has been great at answering questions, regular checkups and I haven’t paid for prep in months. It’s delivered right to my door. Their current partnership for at home swabs with life labs closes what I saw as their only shortcoming as it’s now super easy to do at home swabs and drop them off for a quick result turnaround.Delivery has always been quick and efficient and with great communication

Freddie is a great service for the community for access to PrEP prescriptions with at-home lab services accessible in many areas in Canada, friendly and educated staff who go above and beyond to help you with all your questions, set you up with proper resources and pharmacies to get you your prescription with confidentiality and professionalism. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone who wants access to PrEP with an efficient, friendly and professional team. I will continue it to be a happy customer and promote them to anyone I know looking for the same services. Great job Freddie!
