I have to say thatmy experience with Cash Canada has been excellent in the last 9 years as there client. What really makes it special. Is to be taken care of by there employees that really care about providing great service.. But what really makes it even more then that. Is when you have someone like Beth serve you. She makes it always fun and welcoming when you come in the store. You get the pleasure of seeing how hard she works not just from treating you with excellent customer service.. But to also see someone that goes above and beyond for job. Love watching her Tic Toks. Just wanted to say thanks to Elizabeth Ping. Your hilarious and worth just coming into the store to get some smiles and laughter back in your life.

Great people at the 34th ave store.This is the way everyone who works in the public should treat people. Kindness goes a long way. I definitely have to give this place 5 stars, My hubby and I went in about a week ago from today, and picked out some Beautiful art, This very friendly and knowledgeable young lady walked up and introduced herself to us and told us of their new layaway plan, she went over the new Layaway Policy and it sounded great to us, so we put some art on layaway and made a small and reasonable down payment. The Staff was super helpful, able and willing to serve all that walked through that door, the store is kept clean, prices are clearly marked and professionally displayed, you can always tell when a Manager is Proud of their location by how they represent their store. The young lady who helped us was the Manager Elizabeth Ping, she is helpful and VERY Knowledgeable of all the items in her store. Her staff is just as professional and friendly, We plan on returning to this location for future deals and service.Thank You to the warm & Friendly Staff from the both of us.

In total I've sold about 7 items to this location.1st 3 times were wonderful. After that I ended up having to deal with the Supervisor just for basic negotiations. She wouldn't budge which is OK, that's part of haggling.The big issue for me was today when I went in to sell an LG Soundbar, retails at $300 on Ebay and $320 from big chains like BB. One employee worked with the supervisor and corporate to come to an agreed price of $60.I come in, acting supervisor initially doesn't want to buy it, calls the regular supervisor who goes against corporate and offers me $20.Called corporate to resolve the issue. I'm hoping they can just honor the initial agreement and train the supervisor and acting supervisor to resolve issues adequately. Not looking for any other resolution here.Update, it's the weekend, probably not going to hear from corporate until Monday, if I do at all. Went to the 82nd street location instead where they offered me $75 vs this location's $20.Do yourself a favor and go to a location which respects your time and product. Cash Canada is fine, this location is not.

I've never used or been to a pawn shop before. And let me tell you it was a great time. Elizabeth is stellar she was extremely helpful and made the experience pretty fun! Highly recommend.

I’m kinda bothered how one of these employees went out of there way to search and message me on Facebook. To tell me my layaway was due. You could have called or emailed, but for someone to find my facebook, that is too much. It was definitely weird and now this woman can look at that Facebook all she wants which I’m not ok with. Her name on Facebook is Beth

I had the best experience here the staff were so amazing! They helped me out fast n easy. Had me laughing the whole time I'll definitely be using this place again in the future

This is the best store ever i would recommend them to everone and they have treated me with the atmost respect so look them up and go in and take a look and make sure to buy something because i garenttee you will get what you paid for and it will be worth it so make sure you do as i say ok .

I was at this location on January 28th 2023 and I was taken aback at how clean and open the store looked when I first walked in. I truly believe in first impressions and they made an excellent one when I walked in. I was greeted promptly by Shelby who was very friendly. There was also Beth and Brandon to assist in my inquiry. Their name badges were easy and clear to read. I bought a ring and the ring was nicely packaged and gift ready in a cute little box with a bow. This was over the top service. The transaction was quick and easy. I left there with a smile on my face and I was excited to gift the ring to my Daughter because it was cute and ready. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for their pawning needs or just to shop for great deals!!!
