The worst mobile service provider. Low internet speed with good cellphone. Unprofessional customer service. Do not wast your money and there is no imbursement.

We bought a sim card from chatr small shop at 1600 Blvd le Corbusier, Laval, Quebec H7S 1Y9 Canada and was treated in a poor manner.. they gave us a sim card and told us if you dont use you can return. we paid 53$ after two days we returned it as it is in a sealed envelop, the seller refused to take it back.. We talked to the manager, it was Saturday and we got a rude treatment. I had to say that never saw a communication company treating customers in a rude and scamming way like this one...

Went in and received service from Hadid ( hope I got the name right). No more than 10 minutes to buy a sim and activate it. She even was kind enough to set it up in my phone. During that short amount of time, she managed to make me laugh! Very knowledgeable and professional person. See her and you might be amazed too!

What an amazing team with amazing customer service. A lot of people want chatr but the experience isn't so good when you visit. best buy for example makes you feel worthless. These guys at chatr centre laval made me feel like a king!
