Paulina is very professional,knowledgeable and effective with many years of experience that shows the moment you meet her. On top of it she is a lovely person, who makes you feel comfortable immediately. The environment is professional warm and welcoming. The treatment is very effective and went exactly as she explained it will.

So, I took my daughter to Pauline for her first time, and yup, Pauline did not disappoint. She carefully and thoroughly explained the process of permanently getting rid of those wretched chin hair. There is nothing that makes you feel less feminine than a bristly chin or a healthy moustache. If you have any facial hair that you don't want, {and let's face it, who does want it??} book in with Millbourne Electrolysis, you will not be sorry that you did. I can't say enough good about Pauline! She'll be your new best friend.

Truly amazing service, if I could give Pauline more than 5 stars I would!She spent a really long time answering all my questions to make sure I felt comfortable and make sure it was right for me, since I had a 6 hour drive to come down and see her and I wanted to be 100% sure about everything.When I arrived we had another sit down consultation which was great because I had a chance to ask a few more questions and get a bit more comfortable. The actual procedure itself was, for me, relatively painless (1.5 / 10 on the pain scale) and Pauline was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I can say that the hour I spent there flew by! The results were outstanding, and as Pauline had given me a mini email consult I knew I would have to come back for a few appointments and I have already booked my next appt.I would definitely recommend anyone to come here, and if you have questions to just shoot an email out! It was SO MUCH LESS painful than laser and the results are permanent from what I understand. Thanks again Pauline!

Love coming here for electrolysis! Orysia is just amazing; so pleasant to talk to and so gentle that I've almost fallen asleep a few times. She is so knowledgeable and more than happy to share the information. I've been very happy with the results; no holes, no scars. I was worried that there would be some kind of reaction as I have very sensitive skin, but there was none. Can't recommend them enough.

Pauline is so knowledgeable and incredibly patient – I’m a pain. Don’t waste your money on laser hair removal also stop tweezing! I have been going consistently for just over a year now (1 or 2 times a month) and I can confidently tell you that I do not tweeze any longer. Worth the money.

I can’t say enough about this place, or the wonderful ladies who run it! Both Pauline and Orysia are professional and personable. I recently learned that electrolysis is the only certified permanent hair removal process, and that laser is only “hair reduction”. Who knew?!So glad I found this place!
