He took responsibility to complete my already build basement to legalize. I was working on it for almost one and half years, but wasn't able to complete it. He took only three months to complete it legally. I am satisfied by his dedication and hard work. The best thing was the cost of building was reasonable. Highly recommended!!!!

We had our 2 washrooms completely renovated, all carpeting including stairs changed to hardwood and the laundry room re-tiled and updated to include new cabinets and sink.Vijay was very responsive, understood our needs and ensured all our requirements were met. The crew on the project were easy to deal with and left the site tidy. The entire project was on time and within budget. We are very happy with the way the house looks and would definitely go back to Fairtrade Builders for future renovations. We would absolutely recommend this Company to anyone needing a home Reno.
