I was looking for a residential bin. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and honest, referring me to a company which has better pricing for residential as Quest does mostly commercial work. As such, their residential rates are higher than others in the area. He even offered to grab the number for me. I wish I had cause to rent commercially.

At the time of using this company I would have left a 5 star review, however the experience afterwards and pure lack of professionalism has been appalling. We used their services for a portable toilet for an outdoor event. The drop off and pickup seemed to be okay. We provided them with a credit card for payment prior. It was at this point everything went downhill. After they lost the information for the credit card and called for the card number again, we provided yet another card number. We received an email saying thank you for your payment. This should have been a simple business transaction, but sadly it lead to a whole ordeal of being harassed. Later on down the road we start getting harassed by a debt collector saying we haven't paid a bill through this company. Both of us are shocked and call Quest. They inform us that they had to let an employee go that had been employed around the time we did business with them. They were asking for payment yet again for a service we had paid for and dealt with many months prior and sent this amount owing" to a debt collection agency which has been beyond harassing us for over 3 and a half years. It is completely appalling to think that because of an error within Quest's company with one of their employees that it's somehow our fault and we need to repay for a service from over 3.5 years ago. We have an email and proof of payment

Quest promptly delivered waste and recycling bins, as well as two Questrooms" (their executive portable restrooms) to our event. The initial company we were dealing with were rude and were going to deliver the products a day too late. We're thankful that Quest could help us on such short notice. I would recommend them to everyone. Their Questrooms are great for remote areas and have heat and running water! The girls at the event loved them! Thanks again!"

Great garbage service. Have used them up here in Bonnyville at our RV Park ever since Waste Management took over our local garbage company and we were not willing to get stuck in another dishonest contract with Waste Management like our previous experience with them. Quest is friendly and very accommodating. You can call them at any time to adjust for busy or slow seasons. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garbage services.

Would be nice if you could cover your bins before taking them out on the highway. I was driving down highway 15 at around 12:30pm today behind vehicle # 5517, licence plate CDN 8043 and there were pieces of cardboard and plastic flying out onto the road. Maybe your crew can do some highway ditch cleanup some time?

We switched to Quest Disposal at the beginning of last year. They are a great, efficient company. I saw a Quest truck on my drive in to work, called the shop to see if we were scheduled for pick up, we weren't, shop called Quest and they picked up a few hours later. We never would have gotten that service with the horrible international company we were roped into for years.
