Ken and his son did a great job on our yellow house that, 13 years after our remodel, was beginning to grow black lichen spots way up towards the peaks of the roof. There was no reasonable way for us to clean those off. It also had a layer of dust and crud from when the city rebuilt the road in our neighborhood several years ago. This dust was fertile ground for green and tan scum. From the road, someone passing by wouldn't notice anything in particular but a yellow house--it wasn't that bad--but we could tell. We also had Ken wash the roof of our garage that moss was growing on. Now that all of this work is done, our house looks like NEW! Even the parts of the house that didn't look bad at all, look bright, yellow, and sunny again. Also, moss on the roof is clearly dying. Our neighbor across the street told us today that our house is GORGEOUS! She said that as a neighbor, she'd give Ken's business 5 stars for how pleasant our house is to look at from her point of view. Additionally, Ken and his son took care to wash down all of our garden area with clean water to make sure that the plants weren't damaged by the over spray from the house cleaning. Besides the job well done, Ken and his son are very professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. We highly recommend Northern Light Wash Service. I don't have before photos, only after ones. But still, you can see that the siding looks new. NO BLACK SPOTS!

Ken and his crew did a wonderful job on our windows and screens. We had some tough water stains on the windows and they took the extra effort to get them out. 5 star from estimate to the completion of the job. Affordable too!! Thanks again for the great work.

The Northern Light Wash Service just completed a very large project doing all the windows at the Keweenaw Castle Resort (there are lots!) and I wanted to give them a shout out for a stellar job done! This is a family owned and operated business and they worked together like a well oiled machine. They were punctual, respectful of our operating business and guests, wore protection on their shoes while in doors, and made all the different in the world on our lake view suites! This is the company to hire!

I have had power wash done by myself, an HOA, and by Northern Lights. This company's work is fantastic. They are professional, knowledgeable, and well equipped to do a great job. I suggest you choose the premium package like I did if you want your place to look like it did when it was new.
