This studio is so great no matter what you’re looking for! They accommodate all skill levels into all of their classes and will teach anyone who wants to learn. They offer a wide variety of classes to learn different skills and techniques. The classes are all at different and convenient times. The studio space itself it welcoming and friendly and a very comfortable environment. They also make registering for classes very easy and convenient with their online mindbody website. I recommend Vertika for anyone who wants to be active, try something new, have some fun, and meet some really great people

Great fun

This place is so interesting. Conventional gyms are not my thing so this makes working out much more fun! Good patrons and the owners are so hospitable and friendly. I like the way the courses vary enough to let everyone choose their own pace to suit their fitness level.
