Tried contacting Wallmark to discuss one of our bathroom sinks falling through the counter top. Was only being held on by caulking as no strap was installed. After email and a few calls no response. Was looking to ask who they would recommend to repair but no reply. If you are building with them I strongly suggest a very thorough walk through for deficiencies and as many eyes as possible.

I have been working with Wallmark for over 10 years. I started working on community homes as a Quality Supervisor and through training, worked my way up to a Site Supervisor in the Custom Homes division. Wallmark is a great company to work for and encourages education and internal promotion. Everyone is dedicated to putting the customer first and delivering an exceptionally finished home. I really enjoy working with the entire team and with all of the Wallmark customers.

We chose Wallmark to build our new house after having researched and interviewed many custom home builders, and Wallmark was definitely the right choice. We were very pleased with the quality and work done on our beautiful house. They were supportive throughout the process from beginning to end, and even well after our house was finished. Brad and the entire Wallmark team are very professional. Their comprehensive experience in home building was invaluable as they provided great ideas and solutions to help us stay within our budget. It was wonderful to be able to trust such a large project with Wallmark. Would absolutely recommend.

Wallmark completed my new home construction on Aug 2017. I would definitely not recommend this Company to anyone looking to hire a Contractor. The post-completion follow-up was very disappointing. I would strongly suggest to anyone that they should insist on a deficiency hold-back in their Contract . In my case, the street sidewalk was cracked by one of their subs’ trucks driving over it, and the City charged me to repair it. Wallmark refused to reimburse me for this even though this happened during the construction. They also damaged my neighbour’s retaining wall and did nothing to repair that. My concrete yard walk-way surface has deep cracks appearing within a year, but Wallmark would not do anything to remediate this. Also, my attic had started to grow mold due to poor ventilation. I contacted Wallmark within the 2 year warranty period and even reported it to Travellers insurance. However, they BOTH rejected my claim and concluded that mold and condensation in the attic were “normal”. Wallmark has definitely failed me!!

As a trade in the Kitchen Cabinet business, we have been working with Wallmark Homes for many years and they have been one of our longstanding clients. We have had the opportunity to deal with the staff in the office and on site. They are always professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We would recommend Wallmark Homes as a Custom Home builder.

Over the years we have built a few custom homes, and have found out not all builders are the same. Right from the get-go, Wallmark got together with us to explain the building process and was available to answer any of our questions along the way. They were conscious of our needs and want and I felt we were always on the same page. With Wallmark they make you feel very important and put you in the comfort zone from start to finish. If we have an opportunity to work with them again, we would do so without hesitation.

I have been living in a Wallmark Custom Home for over 20 years. Six years ago Wallmark did an extensive renovation to the interior of my home which was delivered on budget and on time. Recently my home required a new roof, which again, was done within budget and on time. I highly recommend the Wallmark team, and likely will be speaking to them in the next few years when it comes time to downsize. Well done, Wallmark Homes!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Wallmark building our home. My husband and I both have experience in the industry and chose Wallmark and we were so glad we did. They really focused on overall quality, were good with following the project from start to finish, and were EXCELLENT communicating with us.
