We had a problem with our ancient AutoStart remote starter and alarm in our 2000 Toyota Sienna. Dave came out to take a look at the unit under the dashboard and after a few minutes of research was able to reset it and get to function normally again. Will definitely be going back there either when this unit totally fails and needs to be replaced or we need a new unit for our second vehicle.

Remote stopped working and I couldn't get anything I Googled to fix the problem. I popped in here and within a minute or two a service tech had it going again and wouldn't accept even a small token financial offering for his time. I was impressed. If they look after a walk in like this, I can imagine how they take care of their installation customers. Top notch service.

Had a long awaited appointment here Friday before the long weekend and when arrived they said it was cancelled No call, no email. The reason was they were closing early for long weekend, GREAT SERVICE!… We live out of town and had our 7 month old with us. Finally got it removed now today and they didn’t latch the hood. Front lady is rude as well. Forced to go here FYI.

Best customer service around as soon as you walk in the door. The quality of the installation on our remote starters were second to none. The staff here took the time to explain things and answer all our questions. Not to mention the price was the lowest that we found and the remote starters are full featured. Would recommend to anyone!

Dave was great. I asked him to install a beacon on our work truck. There was some communication problems within the office so I was apprehensive of how the work would turn out, but the switch and wiring looked great - done well and professional! Turned out to be a very reasonable price of $400 where others were asking upwards of $1000. Winnipeg

The Dubs(A & W) always have great food. breakfast,lunch or supper or even a cup of coffee. Never disappointing..I've been coming to A&W with parents and now just me for over 62 years and still going at 74...Thank you for being here and the service is always good. Always great service! I've had to replace keys, key fob transmitters and batteries over the years and they're great and fast and would recommend! Also very affordable and will save you money.

Nice that they deal parts in CAD, but WORST customer service ever. Took 14 days to ship a hitch adapter, when I checked in 5 days after ordering I was told (two days later) [it wont ship for at least another three days]". Two more follow up emails the next week were IGNORED when that also didn't happen. Will never buy from here again."

I purchased a key fob from them about 8 years ago. Last week it was not activating any of the functions so I took it back to Absolute and they replaced the key fob and also re-programmed it for free! Haven't had any problems since. I couldn't believe they didn't charge me, what an amazing experience !
