I highly recommend this store because of the great customer service by Mo and Asad. Even on a busy day, they are quite attentive to their customers. They are well experienced and very knowledgeable about the phone deals. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and phone deal!

DO NOT DEAL WITH the manager - MOHAMMED, calls himself MO. He is a BIG LIER. He first did a credit check on my friend and then he said he can not give a line to him even after credit check went through. He started making stories that it was a soft credit check, which was a lie. He promised me $800 credit for two new Fido lines within 2 days but after the sale he stopped picking my calls. When his assistant finally picked my call after 4 days, she says the cards with credit will come on Dec 15(about 3 weeks after the sale). When I confronted him for his lies, he started using profanity. I am going to take legal actions if I don’t receive my credit but please BEWARE OF HIM & WOW! If a company can have such an unprofessional person as manager, I can not even trust the intent of the company. I do not understand how they are still allowed to run a business like this.

Darcy and Mo at Wow mobile in woodgrove mall are absolutely above and beyond what you would expect from a mobile store!!! Not only were they not pushy, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth, but they were so good with my 4yo twin boys! They set up my kids with colouring supplies and games and made us feel comfortable, they even watched them for 10 mins while I quickly ran into the store to get a couple things since it was taking awhile to set up my phone!! 10/10 would recommend anyone needing anything mobile device to go to these guys can’t thank them enough, they got me a great deal and I love my new phone and get compliments on it wherever I go :)

Not impressed at all!I used to love going to see noor in the victoria Mayfair location. Decided to try upgrade at the Nanaimo location. Got a phone I was excited for, got home it was completely dead, I'm used to having atleast %30 charge on it. Anyways let it charge all night woke up in the morning switched my phone over before work. It's been a couple weeks the phone barely holds a charge. Signs me out of mobile data regularly , nothing works besides restarting my whole phone , I use my internet daily for work so this is a hassle! I called they said to come in they will return it. I drove from victoria with my daughter for them to say no because I recycled the box ! ( nobody ever mentioned to me in all my phones I had to have the box, I never had to return a phone either ) now I'm stuck paying this phone that is worse then my last one. Noorr would have made sure I was happy I'm just happy happy having to restart my phone because I can't access anything on it.
