This clinic does NOT follow C.P.S.O. guidelines. Dr. Shayani removed me as a patient via voicemail. Even though a letter is required. Also left me without my pain medication ( recommended by pain specialist that I have been taking for 10 years) which has forced me into withdrawals.Dr. Sudhar would not take me on because I had too many health issues. C.P.S.O. guidelines say she was suppose to continue my care until another doctor was found and there are three doctors accepting patients at this clinic. So leaving me like this is unacceptable and I have lodged a complaint with the C.P.S.OBeware!!!

I had severe ear infection and needed an appointment immediately. The front desk receptionist gave me an appointment for Saturday 1.30pm but when I reached the clinic at 1.15, I was told that the doctor finished seeing patients at 1pm. Although he was in the clinic, he refused to see me even after booking a prior appointment. I don't understand how these guys operate and wasting time when you are already in pain. It's unprofessional!

Obviously have a hard time keeping their doctors. I've had 5 different family doctors since coming this practice in 2015 and only the last one and current one have been any good. Really hard to feel comfortable discussing things with your doctor when they're changing all the time.Extremely difficult to get an appointment for anything, whether routine or urgent. I understand the healthcare system is overburdened right now, but routine/preventative medical care is still important. I'd leave for a better practice except it's impossible to get a new family doctor anywhere.Only reason I'm not giving a one star is that I understand that some of this isn't their fault.

The people that work here only care about their own clinic funds and saving time at the expense of the patient's health. It's better to just go to the walk-in clinics with the higher stars rating - the trip to the better rated clinics further away might seem unfavorable but the extra transportation time is worth it. Use the google maps stars filter feature to look for clinics in the ~3.5 stars range

I see little point of leaving these negative reviews but am only doing so because I am very disappointed over the amount of neglect and selfishness the front desk staff has shown me via her curt and blunt, insensitive messages - what's the point, when 2 star clinics like this one will still see  ~10 patient intake request forms per week because of how short-handed family doctors are in this province called Southern Ontario? But even if I consider the poor service of the people at the front desk in KW Region, this place still amazes me by setting new definitions of 'poor customer service'

Worst clinic. Receptionist MEGHA put me on hold 10 min and disconnected the call. I called back and she said, Dr shiyani can't accept my new born son because he is new patients. After all Dr shiyani is a family doctor. No one should go to this clinic. Please someone guide where to complain about these non serious staff.

We came in 13min late for our baby's appointment. We have to drop off my older daughter at school first. The parking and elevator takes time. Other patients would know. We were able to talk to the receptionist at 9:28am and our appointment is at 9:15am. But first thing that the receptionist said to us is You're late and we have to reschedule" (a tone of voice you wouldn't want if you just arrive and still catching your breath because it has been a busy morning for a mom of 2). I told her that it is a baby and given the circumstances we can't call ahead of time. I asked her if there's anything we can do

Yet again DR Sardar continues malpractice & negligence in his practice. Our family continued to have an appointment schedule for NO DR TO CALL & our appointments are scheduled for one day and continually get changed. We have been waiting for 2 months to even SPEAK to the doctor or attend the appointment that is booked. This has got to be embarrassing and I really hope change is made as many of these complaints are about him. Clearly it’s not just me who is having a poor experience

It's nearly impossible to get these people to actually answer the phone. Then when I finally get a phone appointment, Dr Mohammed calls 30mins late and only lets the phone ring 1 time then hangups before I can even answer. I was literally holding my phone at the time and couldn't answer fast enough before they hung up! If, for unknown reasons, you REQUIRE an appointment everytime I need to renew a prescription, maybe don't make it a nightmare to actually GET and appointment! I have been on this medication for nearly a decade, I have never had to have an appointment for refills until my family doctor retired and I had to join Dr Mohammed's practice.
