Bad company all the 5 star ratings is fake their service especially money transferring they r trying to exchange ur money with Canadian. They will make excuses for giving ur money. Not on time I'm not recommending to have deal.

Terrible customer service! I got a pressure cooker and it literally exploded everywhere the first time I used it. Luckily no one was hurt. I've been using pressure cookers for the longest time and this has never happened. I took it back and the lady in from said what do you want me to do about it"? Are you serious? I have been coming here to buy things for many years. Never supporting this place ever again."

great store.. me and my husband bought our floor sitting sofas in afghan style from them just a few days ago. The 2 brothers, they are very patient, helpful and honest. Prices are also super reasonable so no point bargaining. If you want afghan style floor sitting sofas set, def go to them!

Such an honest and hard-working people. Yesterday I went to get some rice and they were working extra hard to serve people. They have not changed theri prices like other stores do. I asked how they have kept the same prices from before she said, cant do that to people. This is the time people need food the most and we wpuld never do that" I always remember this. You truly earned my love and respect."

The behaviour of staff is so disappointed. They do not care of the customers while a customer to a shop is very precious and no business is successful without customer.They even have no public services for the customers which is very necessary for every store. Money transfer is just cheating and sucking the blood of people as they take benefit of the exchange rate and use their own exchange rate.

They are very rude people, and have very bad procedures. They have very bad customer service. Especially the exchange and money transfer people are not reliable. They don't give your money on time and they make troubls. Actually they are cheating people. Very impolite and far from human attitudes. In fact, they are not talking to you, instead they are fighting. If you want to fight, go to this location. Shame on them as a human being! I have been there twice and I have a very bad experience.

I am so please with their customer service, always helpful and friendly beside having the best products. I am Turkish and my wife is Afghan. She always buys rice, rugs, and dry fruits from them. Today we bought a beautiful rug which made our place look dark and my wife wanted to return it, they agreed to give the money back without any problem.Very understanding

I think they have some amazing quality products. Their marjan rice is to die for. I have never tasted rice as good as this one. Highly recommend it. I made some biryani and turned out absolutely stunning. Also I'm a big fan of their cardamom marjan tea and akfa tomato paste. One of the few authentic businesses with exceptional quality products. Not to forget their nuts are a treat.
