Amazing customer service! Price was the best around for a quality tub with lots of extras. Even after an issue with wiring that was our fault, WOHT staff came back the next day to double check everything and finish up the tub orientation. Already recommended to a few friends that they go here for their tub.

Too bad we can't give more than 5 stars...We purchased our hot tub from World of Hot Tubs in 2011, and have experienced nothing but amazing service ever since. The installation of our hot tub in the spot we needed it in our yard was very tricky, and they placed it perfectly. Every interaction since then has been a pleasant experience with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service from everyone we have dealt with. Prices are very fair (we have checked a few times just for comparison, and always purchased from World of Hot Tubs). Recently we had an issue with the control panel, and Christian and Tom went way above and beyond to help us deal with the issue.Wouldn't go anywhere else!

My experience with World of Hot Tubs was lacking. We purchased a tub from someone who originally purchased from World of Hot Tubs. We had them deliver the tub for us and were happy with this service. Recently the tab on one of the jets broke off. I contacted the service department and included a picture. The reply was we don't have those jets..." I asked if they could order it (I'm pretty sure they are a dealer for Garden Spas). I received no response. Would likely not do business with this company again.So the owner responded... with a REVIEW of my review... hilarious!To be clear

Thanks for making the warranty repair of our hot tub LCD today easy without any hassle whatsoever - friendly, knowledgeable service. It's after the purchase that the true colours of a company become clear. They follow through and do what they said they would. Great customer service!

Even during the pandemic and the excessive demand for hot tubs, they were great. Chantelle was amazing on explaining things and we landed on the basic DreamMaker EZ Spa as a starter.When it arrived in stock, we weren’t quite ready and again, they were amazingly accommodating and together we found a mutually agreeable date to install.The installation was seamless. The crew were polite, professional and clearly enjoyed their job. They filled it, got the chemicals in and gave us a tutorial to keep it running smoothly. We’ve followed their guidance and it’s been wonderful to use and not complicated to keep clean.It’s a small but practical tub which is exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to Chantelle, Christian, Dan, Tom and everyone at WOHT, they made our experience a very pleasant one. For a very small group of staff, they take on many roles and really go out of their way to help their customers. That’s rare these days and totally appreciated.Thanks WOHT for exceeding my expectations and making my husband’s gift to him for his tired muscles and back very happy. Count on us to return when we’re ready to graduate up!

LOVE my plug and play Artesian hot tub from World of Hot Tubs. I was so relieved to not have to spend the money on a gfci box and electrician, and found that over this past winter I had zero problem keeping this tub at 103. The water treatment products that WoHT carry work so much better than the stuff I used in my last hot tub. Easy peasy - never have anything but crystal clear water. (And the water in Cambridge is extremely hard.) The service from these guys was also top notch, from sales through to delivery, installation and after sales support (in the way of 'customer appreciation day' where the treatment products are discounted generously). If I had to make this purchase over again, I would 100% return to WoHT and would not hesitate to go plug and play. Great people, products and service - can't ask for more. Thank you WoHT!!!

Great service and selection. Good prices and really honest people. You never feel like with other hot tub dealers that just want your money. They are legitimately interested in your satisfaction.

I shopped around a lot when looking for a hot tub, and decided to purchase from world of hot tubs. I am so glad I did. They sell a high end quality product and have the BEST customer service and knowledge to go along with it. Everything from water chemistry help to speedy service and repair jobs, these guys know what they are doing. NO BS. Not to mention they are amazing, friendly people to even just pop in and chat with.Keep It Up!!

Last week our hot tub, purchased at World of Hot Tubs, was installed and we are loving it! The delivery date was exactly what we requested and the hot tub was installed seamlessly. I really appreciated the extra care that was taken to help a hot tub rookie understand how to control the jets and how to maintain the water clarity. In addition, Tom also trimmed the sheet of pink insulation that we had placed under the tub while we were waiting for the hot tub to fill. How helpful! There was one small problem with a pillow stud which was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. What GREAT service. Thank you!

We got the hot tub delivered earlier than expected. They help you understand how to take care of your tub and are glad to answer all your questions. Great service after the sale. Great guys.
