Absolutely phenomenal service. Just turned 18 and decided to explore my own style aside from being a Mennonite and constantly having to wear dresses I didn’t know any terms or what to look for in jeans and shirts, I didn’t even know my own size. I asked a lady that worked there (Friday around 5-7pm) (I forgot her name but she was an absolute gem) if they had jeans that were loose on the bottom but skinny on the top and she instantly knew what I meant n found me a few pairs to try on that ACTUALLY HAD POCKETS THAT COULD FIT MY PHONE. Her energy was incredible and she seemed more than happy to help me and she immediately guessed my pant size correctly. I’m so happy and she made my birthday that much better by being so kind and full of energy. Will definitely be coming again the prices for the pants were incredible and their sales collection was easy to look through and find my size and style. Thank you!!!

our family has been here numerous times and the deals are great! Service is usually phenomenal, except until recently. There’s a male worker who was incredibly rude, and when we asked for a price check they wouldn’t even answer and kept implying their deals.

Lots of selection but the only mirrors are at the back of the store tucked away with the fitting rooms. I was trying on hoodies and cardigans and had to keep going back and forth. It's a good thing they weren't too busy otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.

I had asked for a salesperson to help me find my size and he was VERY reluctant to do so. After finding me one pair of the many jeans in the store I went to pay for them where he would not accept the discount I received via email just a few days earlier. His was very condescending when I was showing him the discount. I suppose many stores are better in Calgary.

I recieved amazing customer service from the staff member that helped me and she found exactly what I needed. She went above and beyond and was incredibly friendly!

Absolutely horrible customer service, the male employee working was very rude to us and the store was a mess, had no idea what the sales were because there was nobody greeting.Absolutely ashamed of this and will never shop here again.

Was shopping with some friends on Halloween when this male employee came up to us and talked to my friend very patronising and condescendingly, telling her not to swear.
