Making the jump to Trainer Games was one of the best decisions I've made in my fitness journey so far - the people I've met and the progress I made are absolutely worth it. 24 hours access only a few minutes from my house? Amazing.

Such an amazing gym. I am so happy I signed up, originally I thought I could go to 2 or 3 classes a week because I didn't think I would enjoy it but I really wanted to be more healthy and drop some pounds. Turns out this place is amazing and I go every week day. The 10 AM classes work perfectly with my schedule and the trainer is amazing. Kat is so friendly and very professional. She is so good at helping you correct things but at the same time not giving you the feeling that you keep doing things wrong. She is very supportive and really knows what she is doing. I don't think I could keep up without her. Mel at the front desk is amazing as well and it's always nice to see her. She keeps that place running amazing, always taking care of the customers, cleaning and fixing things and holding everything together. The gym is always so clean and they have so many options so there is something for everyone.

I have been a member of Trainergames Shelburne since Anthony and Terra opened the doors. It is a great facility, clean and friendly atmosphere. The trainers are well educated to modify any exercise. Highly recommend trying the classes.

Trainer Games in Shelburne is by far the Gym of choice! Whether you are into cardio, crossfit, volume training or just straight up pushing heavy iron, this gym covers it all! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and a kickass lineup of Personal Trainers and group exercise instructors to guide you along on your physical journey! The thought of joining a gym was extremely intimidating and stressful (hence I put it off for most of my life). I was originally very hesitant to even walk in the door. From the moment my husband and I walked in to TGFC our anxiety was put to ease immediately by the friendly staff and gym members alike. We instantly signed up for couples training with Angela M, who is extremely patient, supportive and knowledgeable. Additionally I participate in Kangoo Classes twice a week with Tracey and the team. Kangoo has quickly become a highlight of my week, not only is it a fantastic workout Tracey has created a positive, non-judgmental and fun community! I highly recommend TGFC.

It’s def a family atmosphere and everyone there are so amazing and so helpful in every single aspect - including the members. If you ever need a hand or a spot or help on a machine, there’s always someone to lend a helping hand.The girls that work there are incredible, the trainers are amazing (if you’re going, def ask for Sophie!!) and the owners are so great, so personable and lovely! The gym is always clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.Since signing up for personal training, my partner and I have lost 15 lbs each and gained a few inches of muscle.Shoutout to Angela and Tracy for the support.
