Amazing customer service! Ordering online was effortless. After placing the order, I called to ask a couple of follow up questions. Cheryl was so kind and accommodating. It was all all-around good experience.

Great personalized service. I came in and picked different flowers that I wanted in the arrangement and they did a wonderful job making the bouquet. Friendly staff.

I called around noon, hoping to have flowers delivered same-day.. no problem! They arranged a bouquet based on my price point and colour descriptions, and the result was lovely and on time. Thank you!

My partner sent me roses from this shop today. The flowers were almost in full bloom. They will probably lose the petals by the end of day tomorrow or Sunday morning. I have never received roses where they were fully open. They also forgot to add a note. My partner is furious.They charged $145 for 8 roses that are not going to last the weekend - today is Friday. I am disappointed. I don't recommend you patronize this business.

I love this flower shop and all the florists here! Every year I order a bouquet of flowers from here to be delivered to my mum on her birthday and they are always perfect. The staff are so lovely, and they even deliver them in a specific time frame to fit my mum's schedule. I never go with a photo for reference, I always just give them a budget and they put something together and we have never been let down. Thanks 27th Street Florist team!

I had a Mothers Day arrangement from the 27th St. Florist sent to my wife in the hospital for Mothers day. I had never used this Florist before this. Th arrangement was way more than I expected and was a big hit in the room shared with others. I was extremely pleased and the 27th St. Florist will be my go to" from now on. Super value and delivered as expected."

Just wow!!! These folks are amazing. Every time I order flowers from this shop, the person I send them to raves about how fresh and beautifully arranged they are. And they’re amazed at how long they last too! The care and attention to detail is really evident. They’re not the cheapest flower shop in town, but if you value quality and friendly service then it’s worth a few extra dollars. Plus, you’re supporting a local business instead of a corporate chain store.

I ordered an arrangement for my mom's 60th birthday and I wholeheartedly recommend using Cheryl's shop.There was some confusion about the delivery charge that was quoted during online ordering but after discussing they agreed not to charge me the difference. Now this is where the service goes above and beyond, I understood on the phone that they normally use a delivery service but because of the lower deliver charge and the area of delivery, I have a feeling that the flowers may have actually been delivered by an employee which I was not expecting. Honestly, I thought that they would have just reduced the cost of the bouquet to cover the additional delivery costs but that was not the case at all.The bouquet is absolutely gorgeous and definitely worth the price. I will be using 27th Street Florists again, my mom will also be using them in the future, she was really impressed.Cheryl, thank you for making my mom's day! I happened to be on the phone with her when the flowers were delivered and whoever delivered them even went so far as to wish my mom a happy birthday which was really sweet! I was supposed to be with her for her birthday but due to the COVID-19 situation I wasn't able to fly out, she told me that she really loves the flowers and that they were a close second to me being there with her!
