They're a family owned business but think like a huge company. The owner is very open-minded and the customer experience was one of the best I've ever had. They are not frugal by any means, in fact I truly felt like I was receiving the royal treatment when they came over to install a new door. Highly recommended 10/10

Had a broken window and needed to get it replaced asap! Called Royal Pioneer and they had someone come to my house within the same day, evaluate the issue and provide a replacement on the spot! Was very pleased with their service and ended up getting the remainder of my windows replaced. Very friendly staff and they cleaned up all the mess that was made like no one ever stepped in. Will definitely recommend to anyone in Toronto GTA!

Brought some screens into the store be be recreated as they were old and scratched. I checked all around actually and no company could recreate them since they were so old. I was about to give up on it, then these guys suggested restoration with re-paint and re-mesh! They worked with me on the price to make this idea practical. They look as good as new! Excellent job. I could tell they were genuinely happy to make me happy.

They make all kinds of Custom doors and windows, I ordered my front and back door through them, they have done an outstanding job with the finishing of the doors, I have been getting non stop compliments from the neighbors haha. I am so pleased with their level of customer service, the young guy there Tanveer" was excellent

Amazing service and quality! We got all of our windows replaced last year with this family owned business. We had previously already replaced one window before this business, but they replaced the glass on that one for free to match the rest of the house. They also worked with us to provide French doors. Our house was treated with care and we felt like family. Would highly recommend to everyone for their windows/door replacements, these people are awesome individuals.
