Ghost Town Tattoo

I’ve had a bad experience while trying to get a piece of faulty jewelry changed . Called and explained the situation was told I’d only have to pay the fee to reinsert. Over the holidays the jewellery fell out entirely I called the shop let them know this, and sent the photo of the faulty jewelry as requested. The woman who answered The phone initially was great, she offered cost effective solutions, and offered a discount.After she reviewed the photo she has changed her story and her offer to help. I asked if we could come to a compromise that they would waive the reinsert fee and I would purchase the new jewelry, which is fair as the first “top end” brand failed once. The woman one the phone was quick to reject this despite literally seconds before she okayed this. After going back and forth via email she then proceeds to tell me I’m trying to take advantage of the company. How am I trying to take advantage of their company? MY jewlery failed, I AM incurring new jewellery and insertion fees, on top of it all I AM paying for gas to drive into okotoks.The cost is minimal it is the principal behind the situation , and now the shadiness , and inability to honour what was said.

My friend and I got our noses pierced here today and there piercer was amazing! I didn’t grab her name but she was so professional and walked us through the entire process. Thank you!!

They did an awesome job on the piece I got done! I've been wanting it for a long time, so I'm really happy with how it turned out, and everyone was very friendly to deal with!

Love my tattoo from Serena! Can't wait to go back and get more! Also took my son for his first barber cut EVER! Joey was excellent! They treated him so good! Even took the time to get him a birthday cupcake! Always so welcoming!

Left arm sleeve.Ghost Town Tattoo and Barber is an amazing place. From my initial conversation with Sheldon to the day that my tattoo was completed, I had nothing but the best experience, and this is NOT my first tattoo.All of the artists at Ghost Town are talented and I highly recommend them. I particularly like the style that Sheldon tattoo's and that made my decision easy. Sheldon is a straight forward, honest person who is extremely talented. Know that this is Sheldon's business and although this is how he makes his livelihood, Ghost Town feels more like a family when you walk in than a dingy shop you see in the movies.Over the 8 Weeks getting my tattoo, I got to know all of the staff and everyone is friendly and interested in the work that is getting done. Sarah (sp) Sheldon's wife worked the front every time I had an appointment and she is a friendly, fun person.In the end, my expectations were blown away with my final tattoo. I think my family has been extended to include Sheldon and all of the staff at Ghost Town. I am already speaking to Sheldon about more designs and what enhance my already existing artwork.Go to Ghost Town, put your money down and book an appointment!!

Serena did the most amazing flower piece on my ribs with little to no pain. I have never had so many people love a tattoo so much. She also did a piece on the back of my arm again with no pain and did another amazing job. Fantastic tattoo artist.

Serena did an awful job with what I thought to be a simple tattoo. The line work is inconsistent with thickness in every part of the tattoo, no two lines are the same, the lines are crooked and squiggly and she went too deep causing my skin to bubble in a lot of areas. I was completely overcharged for what I got. This is one of the most inconsistent tattoos I’ve ever seen and I am more than upset it’s my first experience. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because Serena was good about me being prone to passing out. This tattoo looks great from a distance of no less than 4 feet. I would never recommend ghost town.

I requested some touchups on a chest peice and a re-creation on a forearm piece and was told they could not help. Any good artist can create a masterpiece with any work of art with creativity. Appearently they are lacking in that department.I would not reccomend them to anyone. Better off going to an actual artist.I will be sure to let Dave at InkAddicts know you think his work is poor.
