Great service and good food! I had a chicken sandwich meal. I liked the fries the meal came with. I also liked the gravy poured over the chicken. It was delish overall! There was just a taste of freezer burn in one bite I took. Not sure where it came from.

This ain’t KFC thank god , at Dixie you get A real piece of chicken I bought a three piece two of the pieces were white meat ,Large would be the equivalent of almost 6 piece at KFC. The coleslaw is 10+ ladies working there. Yesterday were absolutely wonderful. Brought my meal to the table.

Would have been a tasty chicken snack but was so dry and not enjoyable. Probably won't go there again too pricey for what I got and didn't eat

My hubby ordered a 3 peice along with a fish sandwich combo. He said the food was great but was disappointed that they forgot to pack the coleslaw, but no biggie. He said the chicken was juicy and plump, and the pieces looked huge and well cooked. I had the fries, and they were fresh, crispy, and tasty. Hubby said the fish sandwich was good, also juicy but not big enough. He said he didn't like the tarter sauce because it was made with sweet relish. The lady working at the front, Meghan, was polite and friendly and was giving some guidance to the lady working in the kitchen, I think she may have just started but did a great job preparing the food. Meghan provided great customer service and seemed to be a great team player. It was a good experience and we'll be back again.

haven't been to dixie since I was a kid. love the coating on the chicken. fries were good too. just find it expensive to eat out anymore!

Great chicken. Clean nostalgic restaurant. The staff are so beyond friendly and helpful. This may seem strange to say for a fast food restaurant, but they really seemed to work as a team. Food was quick and even though we were eating in, the one lady knew we would be taking some home so included a bag without us even asking.Fabulous place.

We decided to check this place out yesterday since the Chinese restaurant next door was a 1.5hrs wait,strange but ya. It’s a little pricey for chicken but…Anyways, food (chicken&beers) was great. But the service, let me tell you, was EXCEPTIONALLY EXCELLENT. The woman at the front and the guy in the kitchen made my temporary stay in Bancroft memorable. Thank you guys for your hospitality. **Mothers Day 2023.**

I was traveling through Bancroft on a business trip and decided to stop in at this Dixie Lee fried chicken restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The bathroom and dining area was immaculate and the staff was super friendly as we ordered our food. When it comes to the food, it was hot and the chicken was moist. You guys have done a great job and I look forward to dining at many more Dixie Lee fast food restaurants in the future! You guys are awesome!

Chickens and fries are prepared at the time of ordering, hot and tasty. Extremely friendly staff, right at downtown of Bancroft, free parking. You don't normally expect sethimg like Dixie in a small town.
