We hired this company for a commercial building environmental Phase I assessment on one of my company's purchase in order to meet the commercial bank financial terms. They totally screwed the financial deal up by 1) suggested environmental phase II assessment for no solid justification. We could not walk away the deal nor continue with deal based on the rationale from them to suggest the Phase II assessment; 2) provided non-professional and incomplete environmental phase I assessment report in a much delayed timeline. After we raised the issues and seeking solution from them, there were no responses from them and no solution provided. They ONLY WANT money from you, more is better. Without any solution, they sent the remaining bill to the collection company and intended to damage our credit. We will have to pay them and bring them to the Court after. What a big hassle!!A big warning to all investors who are about to hire this company to do the environmental assessments for your commercial building purchase. You would likely being pushed to environmental phase II assessment no matter it is needed or not and without any justifications. They just want more MONEY from you WITHOUT DOING proper work!! DON'T USE THEM, INVESTORS!!
